Our evolutionary approach aligns with the project’s goals to develop a 15+MW WEC platform that optimizes economies of scale and increases the #economic potential of #WindEnergy. Our #GEVernova teams and the consortium are working hard to do just that as we strive to support our customers in bringing more clean, #renewable offshore wind online in the most efficient and economical fashion possible. We’re making history – again! Today we announced GE Vernova’s Onshore Wind business will supply 674 next-generation 3.6-154 MW turbines to Pattern Energy Group’s SunZia Wind project – the largest renewable energy project in the Western Hemisphere.   In a record deal for #GEVernova, our turbines will provide over 2.4 GW of the site’s total 3.5 GW of power, helping electrify 3 million Americans across the US.   We are proud to partner with Pattern Energy on this historic project and are excited to continue strengthening and enhancing #AmericanManufacturing with the support of our suppliers across the country.   https://lnkd.in/gv3mkNhJ #FutureOfEnergy #OnshoreWind #SunZia
