Purchasing a new vehicle
I was in Arnold Clark Wishaw last week and was met with so much help the team really did everything they possibly could to get the vehicle my wife has always wanted .... the salesman joe was amazing in giving us so much options, even after we settled in a vehicle and it had a minor issue with the sun roof , we were disappointed only for a few minutes, the replacement he was able to get for us exceeded all our expectations,
I really can’t speak highly enough about Arnold Clark Wishaw , the ease in which it was all arranged really put our minds to rest ,
The wife and kids are buzzing about our new Volkswagen... what a beautiful vehicle,

I came in with my husband and part exchanged my car for a Nissan Qashqai which I collected a week ago. I was dealt with by Ian Peat who sorted everything for me from start to finish and he made the whole experience very easy and smooth. He explained everything and was very professional. We will definitely be coming back to yourselves when we are due to change it again. My daughter is due to change hers and will definitely be coming in to see Ian in the next couple of weeks. Thankyou again. Especially for my new car mats. 10/10.

The best customer service
I have purchased a few cars & this is my 3rd time with Arnold Clarke albeit my 1st time at the sighthill branch in Edinburgh.
Due to being drastically let down by Cinch. I contacted Arnold Clark who put me right through to Alistair.
I knew what I wanted & when I wanted the car & this was done with ease. I was then contacted back from Regan, who was very clear, very precise & above all kind.
My car was ready within 2 days. Upon visiting the branch it all went smooth, Regan took the time to go over all paperwork & furtherly explained everything to me.
She pointed out there was just a slight few issues but this would be resolved ASAP. Which it was ( nothing major).
