Dr. Nattiv is an exceptional doctor, especially after our previous disappointing experience with another gastroenterologist. Impressed by the numerous 5-star Yelp reviews praising his excellent bedside manner and cutting-edge expertise, I chose Dr. Nattiv for my son's care.

Our first appointment with him, scheduled late in the afternoon, exceeded expectations. Dr. Nattiv informed us that we were his last appointment for the day, allowing for extra time. The session lasted well over an hour as he meticulously reviewed my son's health history, addressed our concerns, and patiently answered all our questions.

At the end of the appointment, he encouraged me to use the MyChart online health portal for any concerns or questions before the next visit. I've messaged him multiple times and experienced prompt and direct responses on the same day-- a refreshing departure from the norm where other doctors may delay or delegate responses to their assistants.

We are so fortunate to have Dr Nattiv as our daughter's doctor. As a doctor, in terms of knowledge and being on the cutting edge, he is absolutely top notch. He is an exceptional doctor. But there's more. Dr Nattiv approaches every visit with patience and time. We have never felt rushed. He makes us feel like we're his only appointment for the day. He will not end the appointment until he is satisfied that we're satisfied. One of his super powers is his way of connecting with my teenager. The way he listens and hears her, and addresses her concerns is unmatched. We are so grateful. We know we are getting the best medical care possible from Dr Nattiv.

Dr. Nattiv took all the time we needed to thoroughly address all of our issues. We left confident that our little one would feel better soon and he did!

Dr. Nattiv is a wonderful doctor. He has a great expertise in his area and always listen to the parent's concerns and worries. He is always available to discuss any issue and makes himself available.
He is truly concerns about children's well being and is willing to go out of his way to help his little patients. I would recommend him to anyone without any hesitation.

There is a reason why Dr. Nattiv has such good reviews. Even before our first appt, I had questions around insurance and Dr. Nattiv himself (yes that's right not his staff) took the time to call me to discuss it and reassured me on how everything would work. Doctors have very busy schedules and the fact that he himself called set the stage that my daughter would be in good hands.

In our first appt, we shared our daughter's history on poor eating habits, stomach pain, vomiting, low weight gain etc. Dr. Nattiv recommended that we take blood tests. He didn't suggest just normal blood tests but the ones that really would give answers to the problems our daughter was facing. He also asked us to do a very specific stool test to hopefully get us some answers.

He also recommended a specific formula that would help in not getting as full but getting the same calorie content as well as which would digest more easily. Our little one has been complaining every day since a year about stomach pain and with this new formula recommendation, we haven't heard her complain since the past 3 weeks (fingers crossed it stays that way).
The blood tests and stool sample gave indication on what may be happening with our daughter. Had the right tests not been ordered we wouldn't have answers. To be very frank, we have been dealing with many doctors and no one has really been able to pinpoint our daughter's problem.

While it's too early to say if everything is going to be fine with our daughter, having been 2 months under Dr. Nattiv's care makes us feel more comfortable and at ease that we are hopefully on the right track. Dr. Nattiv also shared future courses of action if the current course didn't work out.

He is extremely articulate and explained everything to us in lay man terms. He could presume what questions we could potentially ask and answered them before we asked them. He also took the time to write up a letter to insurance to cover the formula. He also gave us his email if we have any questions and yes he did reply to all of our queries when we reached out on email.

To say Dr. Nattiv is good is an understatement, he is simply excellent. Fingers crossed, our little one has limited stomach issues down the road and grows to be a healthy child. Thanks Dr. Nattiv for everything you have done for us, we can't thank you enough.

Hands down one of the best doctor I must say. It was our first visit (recommended by another one of the best Dr Emily Bruckner) and felt like we've been visiting him since long time. So very down to earth, so much of patience, no rush (he gave almost 30 minutes to us) a good listener and explains what's going on with the kiddo in detail with proper instructions on what to do and what not to (with a proper hand out).
Also the staffs are so good there. When I first called them earliest appointment was after couple of weeks. But since my kid was vomiting everyday (even after his ER visit) we requested an early appointment and without any chaos the manager called us back to prepone our appointment. She gave the dates of just 2 days after.

Gave quick appointment . Listened patiently to all concerns. Ordered elaborate testing. Was easily reachable even after appointment.

I can honestly say this was the first time I used a doctor that I found on Yelp. I hit the jackpot! Dr. Nattiv was as wonderful as everyone said. He was patient with my son, and you could see that he truly cares about his patients. So grateful that my son is under his care.

I am updating this post a month later. I am telling you that Dr. Nattiv is a GEM. You will not find a more caring doctor or nicer staff.

Our son was diagnosed with IBD at almost 16 years old. Dr. Nattiv immediately made himself available to us as a whole family. He took all the time necessary to explain answers to all of our questions sometimes spending an hour with us when necessary even though his schedule was busy. He visited us during one of our son's first infusion session despite having rounds that day. He never made us wait to hear test results and always explained the results in a way we could understand. Dr. Nattiv has made a scary life-long diagnosis, something we could manage every day. I highly recommend him.
