Step 1 -Turn off waterIf working on an existing pipe structure, make sure the water is turned off before you begin. |

Step 2 – Place cutter on the pipePlace the cutter around the pipe so that it rests against the cutter’s rollers. |

|
|
|
Step 3 – Turn the handle clockwiseTurn the handle clockwise until the wheel is touching the pipe enough to score it. |

|
|
|
|
|
|
Step 4 – Rotate cutterRotate the cutter around the pipe anti-clockwise by the handle, making sure to keep the wheel in the same line on the pipe. |

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Step 5 – Tighten the wheelAfter every two to three turns, tighten the wheel by turning the handle slightly and continue the cut. |
|

|

|
|
|
|
Step 6 – DeburrOnce the cut has been completed, the pipe may need a slight deburring using a pipe deburring tool. |
