While gentle parenting offers the perfect initial reaction to a child's behavior, it doesn't tell us what to do when the child doesn't genuinely alter their behavior. Gentle parenting is widely popular abroad, Indian parents still don't take it up completely. Perhaps because we grew up to being scolded at times and being reprimanded was not a big deal back then. Let's consider some limitations of this parenting style and why we need to find a balance when it comes to Indians kids:
