Samuel is a very knowledgeable and friendly technician. He explained everything really well, and was very thorough with the treatment. He gave us information about the kind of roaches we have and how we can eliminate the root problem. Thank you Samuel!

Samuel was professional, friendly, and got the job done! We had a clothing moth issue, and he helped efficiently locate and eliminate the source of the problem. The company was also transparent with their pricing, gave good recommendations, and didn't try to sell me an unnecessary and overly expensive year-long treatment package (like some of the other companies did).

I have used MMPC to help me feel safe in my home, and this time was no different. Junior arrived on time and immediately put me at ease. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and like previous MMPC experiences, Junior was THOROUGH. The second he walked through my door, he offered to put on shoe covers and got to work.

While this was a follow up appointment after having my apartment sealed against pests last year, Junior took the time to check where I had damaged some sealing after some DIY home improvements, and then asked me what else I had done to assess if I had unknowingly caused other areas that needed attention. He was extremely kind in answering all my questions while he worked, and explained everything he was doing with a patient and cheerful attitude. He finished this appointment by spraying all the hot points. I bring this up because my building's exterminator had sprayed a few days earlier and the pests DID NOT CARE! Junior sprayed and there was immediate evidence that whatever MMPC uses worked (yuck but thank goodness!). Forget my building's exterminator, I'm using MMPC's service monthly from now on!

This is not the first apartment I've had them seal, and I can't say enough how much I'm indebted to MMPC for helping make my homes places I can feel safe in. Thank you to Junior, Ami, and the whole team!

Pending the longterm absence of mice from today on, I will give this five stars.

Manny and Thomas came to my apartment to seal points of entry from mice after our building had been coming up for weeks to attempt to close off the same holes- they just came yesterday so I cannot attest to the relative success or failure but they were absolutely lovely, timely, neat, and extremely thorough.

Today was the second time we used MMPC. They are hands down the best in the city. Our building was doing a terrible job managing pests, so we looked for outside help. Manny and Thomas came today. They were on time, extremely professional, and sympathetic to our pest issues. They explained the process and took care to keep our apartment clean while they treated the various areas. I've recommended MMPC to a few friends now, and we will continue to use them in the future, as needed.

Matcha and Glenn were amazing, made us feel so comfortable, and answered all our questions. Matcha is the smartest girl ever!!!! Thanks so much!!

Mike and Junior saved the day! They quickly diagnosed the issue and had a plan to address the removal of a mother squirrel who had made a nest in our walls. These two had in-depth knowledge of animal behavior and came ready with the best techniques and technologies to address the situation. We definitely received the best value for what we paid, and we were able to see the hole in the roof expertly repaired. (Note: Make sure you contact them with detailed information about your issue: the sounds you hear, how often, time of day, and location.) We were also given recommendations for how to prevent this again.

Manny and Jason just left my house after doing a pest control service. They both were extremely professional and kind. They took time to listen to my concerns and respond. They explained exactly what they were doing and what would be the necessary next steps for my situation. I appreciate their attention to my concerns and the way they treated my home with respect.
