Hey! I’m Helena Ronis, Co-founder and CEO of AllFactors a web analytics tech startup that tracks and unifies your metrics so you can drive your marketing and growth.

I was born in Ukraine, raised in Netivot – South Israel, and served in the Tech Unit of the Israeli Air Force. Now I live in Silicon Valley, CA.

Before starting AllFactors I started two other startups: VentureOut was a location based social networking app for people to connect for activities like cycling, rock climbing, kiteboarding, etc. VoxSnap is a service to turn blog posts into podcasts. Working on VoxSnap made me open my eyes to see the deep pain of analytics and the need for AllFactors.

I’ve worked in Product, Marketing and Sales. Love all things Startups, SaaS, Marketing and Growth!

One of my hobbies is to listen to public company earnings calls. You can learn a lot by the way they talk about their revenue growth and where they are headed. My favorite app for that is Quartr. It has all the transcriptions and you can search by keywords! Super useful.

Volunteering: I started the largest and most active group for female founders called Women Founders Community on FB. If you’re a female founder reading this you need to join us. Click the link.

I advise startups on Go-To-Market Measurement and Strategy for SaaS, B2B, B2C. I love all things Marketing, Sales, Growth and Operational Excellence. And of course building amazing products, because that’s where it all starts 🙂
