Snow Emergency Parking Permit
This form is used to obtain a pass to park in the Dowling Garage at no cost during a declared snow emergency in Medford and Somerville.  This form must be filled out at the beginning of any snow emergency to get access.  The pass is only valid during snow emergency and vehicles must be removed within 2 hours of the snow emergency ending by the city.   Please note that vehicles parked at Tufts is at the vehicle owners, own risk. (One form per vehicle)  To be eligible for this program, you must live in Medford (Ward 4 or 5) or Somerville (Ward 6 or 7).
