Congratulations Jessica Ambrose, BSN, RN, UMMC’s March Daisy Foundation Award Honoree. The Daisy Award for Extraordinary Nurses is a national recognition program to honor and thank exemplary nurses. Jessica is a nurse in the Labor and Delivery Unit.     A colleague recently raved about Jessica after her work with a patient during delivery, by saying “If it wasn’t for Jessica’s dedication to patient care, her insistence of staying next to her patient no matter what, and her heroic ability to literally carry this patient from the toilet to the bed, the patient might not have been able to deliver this baby safely.” https://lnkd.in/ee5ZAcxQ
