Behavior

After opening a .3mf project and deleting its contents, you are unable to select "New Project". However, after adding models again, pressing "Save" will overwrite the old project.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Prusaslicer
2. Insert models
3. Save project
4. Delete all models
5. "New Project" cannot be selected from the File menu
6. Insert different model
7. Press "Save Project"
8. The initial project is overwritten

Expected behavior

• At step 5, new project should be selectable if a project file is currently active
  or
• At step 8, the Save As menu should appear
