Hi all. You can resolve most bugs and errors by updating to the latest version of Lightworks. We regularly push out minor technical updates and bug fixes and often find that updating resolves any issues.

We'll always ask you to try updating before we troubleshoot to see if that works as a solution, so it's worth giving it a try first!

You can download the latest version here:

Log in to your account, navigate to downloads, and grab the version for your OS. This will always be the latest version available.
