  • 9. Can I cancel the stored value card subscription?
    Yes, you may cancel at any time. If you have already activated the service and you cancel your subscription, you will be able to use the wireless service through the end of the current service cycle for which you have already paid. For example, if your service cycle starts on the 15th of every month, you will be charged for a stored value card that will be applied to your wireless account 3 days prior to that service cycle (i.e., on the 12th of the month). If you cancel prior to the 12th, then you will not be billed for the next month's service and you will be able to use your wireless service until the 15th of this month. If, however, you cancel between the 12-15th after already having paid for the next month's cycle you will be able to use the service through the 15th of next month before the service terminates. Once you cancel the subscription, you will not be billed for any more monthly charges. You also will no longer receive the monthly credit to your Amazon gift card balance. If you change your mind after cancelling, you can restart your service within 60 days of cancellation and keep your existing phone number. If you want to resume the service after the 60-day period, you will need to purchase a new subscription and receive a new SIM kit resulting in a new phone number.

The phone is amazing. I’ve waited to upgrade for a few years and everything is night and day better. Amazon makes this experience terrible though. They lock your sim so you can only buy cards from them. I canceled prime and can no longer buy this card and the ONLY way around it is to buy another sim. So in review, IPhone 13 is great and worth the upgrade if you are a few generations behind. Amazon on the other hand should not be playing middle man and has made the experience terrible.

Not a verified buyer as i purchased the model 13 from the my phone carrier. i only purchased as i was being forced to upgrade my model 6 which had served me faithfully for 7 years. at least i did get a $200 rebate off the regular price.

Pro's
- decent storage options
- battery life is noticeable better (though my battery was on its last legs)

Con's:

- if you're not used to it, the notch is as bad as it appears despite being smaller. so much for aesthetics, crapple
- color selection is abysmal - they look gross, fake and cheap compared to the high end color selection. i went with midnight (black). it really looks like a faded navy blue
- face id is joke, touch id was better
- no home button, the swipe function to exit apps is garbage
- no headphone jack (had for 9 plus years)
- you get a usb to c connector, which means you have A. buy the new 20W block to fit your cable ($20 or more) , B. reuse your old 5W block w/ USB to lighting cable if you have it or C. buy the USB to C and the 5W block (to bilk your wallet of more $) France isn't allowing this to happen
-no headphone which means one has to: A buy bluetooth enabled ones, B buy a cheap dongle attachment. or C buy a set with a lightning connector (to bilk your wallet of more $)
- have to disable and remove a lot of Windows style bloatware and disable locations service and lame azzed Siri and other non-useful standard functions.

all in all, newer is not better, I sure do miss my model 6!

You may want to buy your apple iPhone direct from apple or maybe on a yearly plan. Just make sure it’s an authorized vendor. I’m out thousands on a phone and now with a payment plan from a local cellular sales authorized by Verizon. The Verizon vendor was unable to give me a replacement phone though my safety, human rights, and communication are being comprised right now. I told them and even the sales associate could hear someone hacking me not to mention I was paying double mobile protect while an old number was listed as inactive too mentioning I could get the number back over 8 months later. Someone having your apartment, car, and phone jacked is not normal but neither working with government officials such as Rumsfeld now unheard of. Apparently being disrespected in the US as someone tries to rid you and not being able to swap out your phone as they indicate they’re trying to impregnate you electrically so you give birth…This is an issue, not a new one in N.H., but one where we’re starting from scratch. Protect yourself with knowledgeable kind sales associates.
