Numerous electronic producers and DJs—including Four Tet, Caribou, the Black Madonna, Call Super, Laurel Halo, and Rrose, among others—have voiced support for a campaign calling for the cultural boycott of Israel. Along with the hashtag “#DJsForPalestine,” they shared a message that reads: “As long as the Israeli government continues its brutal and sustained oppression of the Palestinian people we respect their call for a boycott of Israel as a means of peaceful protest against the occupation.” Find the message, included with longer posts from Call Super and Ben UFO, below.

The Palestinian Campaign for the Academic and Cultural Boycott of Israel (PACBI) commented, “Thank you, #DJsForPalestine, for your meaningful solidarity with our nonviolent struggle for freedom, justice and equality.”

Last month, Lana Del Rey postponed a scheduled performance at Meteor Festival in Israel after facing criticism from groups such as PACBI. Other artists, including Of Montreal, Shlohmo, Leon Vynehall, Mall Grab and Honey Dijon, also withdrew from Meteor.
