This week, we're focusing on the role of community banks in the local community in Massachusetts. According to the FDIC, there are 117 community banks in MA as of 2023. Our strong network of community banks plays an important role in providing loans to growing small businesses - in fact, community banks are 3x likely to make smaller commercial loans compared to big banks. #communitybankingmonth #moveyourmoney #banklocally #cambridge
