'Tis the season for embracing a natural-looking glow, but don't shelve all your cosmetics just yet—the trick to getting a glowing "no makeup" look is, well, makeup. We asked W3LL People co-founder and makeup artist Shirley Pinkson to demonstrate her approach to the subtle look using just plant-based (and often organic) products. Who needs FaceTune?
Smooth under eyes

Apply tinted moisturizer

Contour with cream bronzer
Apply a blendable bronzer to the contour of the cheeks and the outer corner of the eye with a foundation brush or fingertips. The sheer texture gives you more control in application, and they have a bit of sheen, which makes your face look healthy and radiant.

Heat up cheeks

Get lit
Apply a cream highlighter to the cheekbones, the bridge of the nose, the cupid's bow, and the lower eyelid. Look for a highlighter that is not too glittery or frosty. The goal is to create a subtle pearly radiance that catches light, enhancing the dimension of your complexion. This stick provides easy application—just blend with a brush or your fingers.

Define lashes
