Delivery information

Do you deliver only within India or overseas?

We deliver in over 4600 cities within India and to more than 70 countries. You can check the serviceability of an item by entering the pincode on the product page that you wish to gift

Can I choose the delivery time?

  • All hand-deliveries are done between 8 am - 10 pm, unless you have opted for a Midnight or a Fixed time delivery by paying an additional delivery charge.
  • All courier products are delivered between 9 am– 9 pm through our selected courier partners.

Can I get my order delivered at midnight?

We understand the emotions of celebrating an occasion on its eve. That’s why we have an option of a Midnight delivery for our customers at a nominal delivery charge. If you choose midnight delivery slot, the gift shall reach the receipient anytime between 11pm to 11.59pm.

What are the different modes of delivery?

We have different modes of delivery:

  • Hand delivery – Order is delivered by our store partner
  • Courier - Orders are dispatched by us & will be delivered through one of the registered courier partner like Bluedart, Delhivery, Ecom, Fedex & USPS etc.
  • Delhi-NCR Courier delivery - We target to deliver the courier orders from Delhi/NCR on the same day.

What are the delivery charges?

  • There are no extra charges for the free delivery slot.
  • Delivery charges are applicable for same day Standard, Fixed time and Midnight hand delivery.
  • Nominal delivery charges are applicable on International orders.

I don’t want to disclose my personal information to the recipient. Is this possible?

We totally understand the surprise element. While placing the order, in the sender’s name section, you can enter as ‘Anonymous’ so that your name is not disclosed.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order status by visiting the My Orders section & selecting the relevant order

What do the different order statuses mean?

Order status definition:

  • Payment received: We have received the payment of your order and your order is ready to be executed.
  • Payment declined: The payment for your order has failed.
  • Order confirmed: Your order is confirmed. It will be delivered as per the date and time slot chosen by you.
  • Out for delivery: Your order is out for delivery.
  • Order delivered: Your order has been delivered.
  • Delivery attempted: We tried to attempt to deliver your order but could not because the recipient was unable/recipient’s number was not reachable/premises was locked/address was incomplete/incorrect.
  • Returned to origin: Our courier partner tried to deliver your order thrice but could not because the recipient was unable/recipient’s number was not reachable/premises was locked/address was incomplete/incorrect. The product has now returned to origin.

My order Is partially delivered.

We recommend you to check your My Account section carefully and observe the order is split into multiple sub-orders. There is a possibility it is getting delivered by two different delivery modes. Please be assured thar the remaining items will get delivered within the timeframe.

Date of delivery has lapsed, when will I get my order or refund?

We are committed to deliver the order to your loved ones in the time slot chosen by you, there may be an instance that we failed to do so. In that case, please connect with our customer support team who will help you with your concern.

Order modification/Cancellation

Is it possible to modify my order or cancel it?

Delivery within India: Your order may be processed by our store partner who would have already prepared it or via courier partner & it is in transit. Our customer support team will try their best to coordinate with the store or courier partner in case you wish to cancel or modify the order.

Delivery outside India: The request for modification or cancellation is requested atleast 48 hours before the date of delivery to ensure our team is able to coordinate with our international delivery partners.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

In compliance with the RBI guidelines, the refund amount shall be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of placing the order. The refund shall be credited in your account as per the standard banking timelines.

Can I get a product customized?

Return and Refund Policy

What is the Return policy offered by FNP?

No returns are allowed. However, if the product received is damaged/defective/Wrong, then please report the issue to our customer support team within 48 hrs of delivery.

You may choose one of the following:

  • Get the product re-delivered or
  • Opt for a refund in the form of a gift certificate (refunded within 24 hours) or
  • Refund in the original mode of payment (amount shall reflect in your account within 7-10 working days)

Can I opt for refund everytime?

We do not offer refund in the following cases:

  • If Flowers, Plants, Cakes, Sweets or any other perishable items are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender.
  • If the recipient is not present at the delivery address provided by the sender or refuses to accept the delivery.
  • If product quality concerns are caused by improper handling of the product.
  • Cancellatiion/Modification request made within 24hrs for domestic order, or within 48hrs for international order prior to the date of delivery.

When will the Refund amount get credited to the original mode of payment?

Online refund is credited directly to the original mode of payment which was used at the time of placing the order.

  • If your bank offers Instant refund or for payment wallets, then the amount shall get credited within 24 hours.
  • If your bank does not offer Instant refund, then the amount shall get credited within 7-10 working days.

What if amount is debited from my bank account/wallet but order not placed?

In case the order is not confirmed but amount is debited from your account but the payment is not received by us, an auto refund is issued in 24-48 working hours.

Vouchers/Discounts/Points

How do I redeem my gift certificate/E-Gift voucher/discount coupon?

You can follow the following simple steps to redeem your voucher:

  • Login to FNP account through website/App.
  • Select the product and add to the cart.
  • On delivery details page enter the Coupon code in "Have a discount coupon" option to avail the discount.
  • Click on the submit button.

What is the difference between a discount coupon & a gift certificate?

A discount coupon helps to redeem a certain percentage off on your order value, like 10% off or 15% off where as a Gift Certificate helps you redeem a flat amount from the total order value, like Rs100 off on any purchase. These are redeemable for purchases made on ww.fnp.com and can be used only once.

Can I use promotional codes/discount coupon along with Gift certificate/E-Gift card?

Sorry! Two coupons cannot be clubbed together at the time of payment, so request to use only one of the coupon.

What should I do if my discount/gift coupon is not working?

In any rare instance when the discount/gift coupon is not working, please contact our customer support team, go to My Orders >> Select the Order >> Select Chat with us or Call Us as per your convenience (working hours aall 7am-1am; all 7 days)

Is there a limit on how many E-gift vouchers I can use in a single order?

Yes, you can use only 1 E-gift voucher in a single order.

My Account & My Cart

What is My Account?

Registering to the My Account service is free and allows you to recall your personal information when visiting us next time, making it faster to place future orders.

Once you have registered with us, you can sign in using your user name and password. We'll provide you with an address book and a reminder section, to store your recipients details, together with a log of orders previously placed.

I forgot my password!

Don't worry! We've got you covered. Here's what you need to do.

  • Step 1: Click on the Profile icon
  • Step 2: Enter your registered Email address
  • Step 3: Click on "Forgot Password"
  • Step 4: Login using OTP (One Time Password), by clicking OTP link tab.

A message would be sent along with the OTP to your registered mobile number and email id. Using the OTP, you shall be able to reset the password for your FNP account.

Can I remove products in my Cart?

Yes, if you wish to remove a particular product from your Cart, click on 'Manage Your Cart'. You will be able to see all products in your cart. Click on the 'Remove' button next to the item you wish to remove from your Cart.
