A union seeking to represent New York Times technology workers will have to go through the National Labor Relations Board election process following the company’s announcement that it won’t voluntarily recognize the group.
The Times said in a statement Thursday that its tech workers want more information about the consequences of unionization and the opportunity to vote on union representation.
