The Pacific Mail Steamship Company vs. Frederick Hoffman. -- The prisoner in this case was again brought up on habeas corpus, for the purpose of giving bail. Mr. Edward B. Wesley, one of the proprietors of the NEW-YORK TIMES, became surely on each of the four bonds, in an aggregate sum of $10,000. The prisoner was then discharged from custody.
