Vancouver building that used to be home to Justin Trudeau damaged after ambulance crashes into limousine

      A popular Vancouver clothing store is behind yellow tape after an early morning crash at the corner of Granville Street and West 12th Avenue.

      This morning, Plum suffered significant damage after an ambulance collided with a limousine around 3 a.m.

      No one was seriously injured except for a mannequin.

      The store is in the Douglas Lodge (Bank of Commerce Building), which is a class B heritage building designed by architect W.M. Dodd.

      It opened in 1912 and was home to Prime Minister Designate Justin Trudeau when he lived in Vancouver.

      The class B heritage building suffered damage to the exterior.
