Disgusting. It's C-span and there are ads. Makes me sick. It's supposed to be a non-partisan platform & corporate overlords own it. C-Span Radio app no longer works b/c it wasn't profitable. The schedule layout is also terrible. You can only view a narrow window of what is upcoming & then pop-ups of live video pop up while looking at schedule, blocking the schedule. Can't listen to other channels b/c they're video & you can't listen on lock screen. I hate this app. Negative stars.

1. With the changing media landscape, C-SPAN needs to diversify funding & minimal ads are one way. We're still non partisan & not owened by anyone. 2. The C-SPAN Radio app still works & is avail if you prefer to use that. 3. Picture in Picture is enabled, so please make sure you have the most up to date version of the app to listen on lock screen.

Great quality on the stream from the congress. That's all I wanted and you delivered it. Could use less ads but I understand if it's necessary to offer such a crisp stream. I can see them wrinkles! 😆

I never thought I'd be a government/political nerd, but life is full of surprises. Or wake-up calls, if you prefer. The app is easy to operate, easy to watch, and I can listen while I scroll.
