Sandra Possing

It's going to be hard for me to describe how impactful my experience with Sandra has been. I don't think "coach" appropriately captures her essence. Maybe guru? Divine wizardess? When I found her, I was deeply burnt out and lost after grinding for a decade in Big Law. I knew I needed something to change but didn't want to just opt out of the corporate world because deep down I knew I had a lot to give and an inherent drive to lead and build. She helped me heal myself little by little, week by week. I got clear on my values and priorities and got over too many insecurities. She helped me learn to set boundaries, to recognize and celebrate my strengths and figure out what lights me up. I have a confidence now that wasn't there before, and I'm excited about the next chapter in my career. In addition to the work stuff, the experience has improved my relationship to money and family and my body. And my marriage is stronger than ever. I still am (and hope to always be) a work in progress. I'm letting go of perfectionism and embracing self-compassion. Letting go of a need for certainty and cultivating intuition and self-trust. I'd dabbled in therapy before and this was infinitely better. The six months with her was a serious investment that almost scared me off from getting started. At the time I first found Sandra, my husband and I were about to book a big 10 year anniversary trip that would have cost about the same amount. I asked myself "What would make you happier - one week on an island or six months of work on yourself?" I'm so glad I trusted my gut and made the leap to choose the coaching over the vacation. It's the best anniversary present I could have given myself.

Sandra is the best! I started working with her while experiencing a difficult time at work. She provided great tools that I was able to implement immediately. After that great experience, I joined her MasterMind program. Again, she provided more tools that I could immediately implement. After only a few months in that program, my confidence had increased significantly and I pushed for a salary increase that more than covered the cost of the program!

Sandra is a great listener, and her wide variety of personal life experiences allow her to relate to different circumstances, concerns, and goals. I highly recommend working with her, whether individually or in a group.

I have had several life coaching sessions with Sandra in the past. I can tell you that she knows her business. Her tips and counseling was extremely helpful in helping with my issues. Sandra helped me transition from a job in a law firm to really figuring out my passion and defining what success in my life meant. Working with Sandra was an amazing experience and completely life changing.
