What if I am interested in both brands?
Please check the boxes for both brands if you are interested in both Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins. If there is no availability for one of the brands in the markets you choose, we may contact you to discuss the opportunity for the other brand.
What if I own a site that I think a Dunkin' Brands franchisee would be interested in developing?

page you will find a form that you can complete to submit a location to be considered for a future Dunkin’ Donuts or Baskin-Robbins location. Your completed form will be routed to our Development Team who will contact you if they are interested in your site.
How do I select my area of interest?
Under the “Market Opportunities” part of the application, choose the state and county that you would like to develop within. You may also enter the state and a city to search for the county. If your area of interest is unavailable, a message will appear indicating so. For a "Future" market, please proceed with completing the application in order to be notified when the area does become available. A "Reserved" market is an area that is currently under agreement, for which we are not accepting new franchisee applications at this time. What if I'm interested in buying an existing restaurant?
To purchase an existing Dunkin' Donuts or Baskin-Robbins franchise, you must meet minimum financial requirements for your desired market, which are based on the purchase and sale agreement. After contacting the seller and signing a purchase and sale agreement, you will be directed by the seller to complete an online application as part of the approval process.

How do I apply to purchase an existing restaurant?
Please check the box that states "Purchasing an existing restaurant", then enter the PC# for a restaurant that you are purchasing. You will need to obtain this number from the selling franchisee with whom you are under agreement. All purchase and sale agreements are negotiated directly with the existing franchisee.
What if I am being added as a partner to an existing restaurant?
Please check the box "Purchasing an existing restaurant", then check the box that states "Requesting to be added as a minority partner (less than 50%) to an existing franchisee organization." You will need to enter the PC# for a restaurant on which you are being added, which can be obtained from the existing franchisee.
