There's no monkeying around with this cute primate: Hang out in brown fleece onesie pajamas with a tummy covered in darker brown felt to channel the sweet animal. A brown knit cap with felt ears and a long tail, plus mittens, make this cute guy a swinging success.

Skill Level: Beginner

Materials:

1⁄4 yard of brown felt
Scissors
Hot-glue gun and glue sticks
Fiberfill stuffing
Brown knit cap
Light brown fleece sleeper pajamas
Brown mittens

Directions:

1. Cut four 3-inch circles from felt for ears.

2. Glue each pair of ears together along edges, leaving 2-inch opening; turn right side out.

3. Cut lower edge of each ear straight across opening to form base of ear. Lightly stuff each ear; glue opening closed.

4. Gather base of each ear in fingers and glue to sides of cap.

5. Cut a 5x15-inch strip of felt for tail; fold in half lengthwise and glue long edge and one short edge. Turn right side out; stuff tail and glue opening closed.

6. Using pajamas as pattern, cut a felt oval large enough to cover belly. Fold in half lengthwise and cut along fold.

7. Glue belly sections to sleeper front, aligning straight edges with zipper.

8. Dress child in sleeper, hat and mittens.
