On April 6, 2012, Lycee International de Los Angeles submitted a Development Review and Administrative Use Permit application to operate a private school for grades 6-12 on the site of the former GM Training Center at 1105 Riverside Drive. The applicant is proposing to move into the existing building. The property is approximately 5 acres and is currently zoned Garden Office for commercial and office uses.
The former applicant, New Urban West, has withdrawn its application to construct 50 single-family homes. Below are the plans and applications submitted by Lycee International de Los Angeles:
