Instagram account Blossom, which appears to be based in America and boasts 3.9million followers, shares regular tips showing how you can use simple household products to eliminate stubborn stains and grime.

And its latest tip addresses a problem most people can relate to - stained lunch box containers. 

Racking up almost over 650,000 views in just one day, the video shows the five-step process to transforming your containers to its former glory.

The cleaning expert then starts the process by adding a generous scoop of sugar to the stained container. 

She then adds a a squirt of dish soap over the sugar and lets the mix sink into the lunch box.
