Inconsistent error messages during registration (app is unable to detect barcode on the license card, shows that my (valid) license is expired and asks to reupload docs once again; mail notifications says about account review department declining my acc). Support do not help.

Hello, we are sorry for the situation encountered. We would like to explain that in order to approve members we utilize a service called True-risk Auto AR report provided by TransUnion. This service takes into consideration multiple factors for assessment including member's automotive history, insurance score and financial credit score.

Can't get past phone verification. The robots keep telling me there's a problem but it won't say what the problem is. I'd be surprised if anybody is actually using this app. It's just another waste of time.

This new app is so responsive and buggy. Half the time I reserve a car, something goes wrong before I can even start the trip. As I type this, I've had a car "in use" for nearly 3 hours while I wait for a ticket to go through to manually end the trip. I'm sure I will have to call billing separate in order to get my $100 back for a car I could never get unlocked to start. Not sure why this new app was launched when software issues are out of control.
