Yulia Tymoshenko: sooner or later an honest court will assess the fraudulent 2010 elections

dsc_3769.jpgYulia Tymoshenko is outraged that the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine refused to examine documented evidence of fraud committed in the presidential election.

"At the very least there was rigging of votes using the main methods of falsification, and I think that for history this lawsuit with all the documentation will remain in the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine, and sooner or later, an honest prosecutor’s office and an honest court will assess that Yanukovych wasn’t elected President of Ukraine, and that the will of the people had been rigged," Yulia Tymoshenko said today in the Higher Administrative Court.

She stressed that in her opinion, the Higher Administrative Court had no grounds to refuse her petition for a recount of votes.

Yulia Tymoshenko noted that her lawsuit was prepared based on clearly documented evidence of fraud during the second round of the presidential election, namely that additional names were added to the State Voter Registry given Viktor Yanukovych’s influence on local government and many people were allowed to vote several times, that voters were added to the lists on election day and that there were irregularities with homebound voting.

"All this evidence was handed over to the court and supported by documents from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and regional structures of the Prosecutor General’s Office," she noted. "All the fraud was proven, it's not just words."

As reported, today Yulia Tymoshenko withdraw her lawsuit after the Higher Administrative Court refused to grant her key petitions for a recount at certain polling stations in the Crimea, and information about names added to the State Voter Registry multiple times, as well as names of those who have died.

"It became clear that the court is not out to establish the truth, and, unfortunately, the court is as biased as the Central Election Commission, which includes a political majority from Yanukovych," Yulia Tymoshenko said.
