Experts: Presidential campaign characterized by poor programs of candidates
Nov 23, 2009 at 14:53 | Interfax-UkraineThe political expert said that the current election campaign is characterized by "a program crisis" and the "program degradation" of the candidates, and that Ukrainians confuse the candidates' images and slogans.
According to Fesenko, there are only small differences in the programs of the various candidates.
"This is program degradation," he said, and added that presidential candidates couldn't even explain their program positions
At the same time, Fesenko said that Arseniy Yatseniuk is the only presidential candidate, who presents his program widely, but the image he created earlier doesn't match his program and, thus, Yatseniuk's program isn't helping him.
"We've seen a very sad program degradation so far," he said.
