Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko has accused President Viktor Yuschenko of preventing the central and local executive authorities from working as a single team.
"The president doesn't allow both the government and local executive authorities to work as a single, coordinated and well-organized body," she said while opening a Friday intercom meeting with regional governors dedicated to financing agriculture.
While checking the online presence of regional state administration heads, Tymoshenko noted that most of them ignored the meeting.
The premier said she believes that their absence was due to a direct order from the president.
