_dsc7324.jpgYulia Tymoshenko has announced that she will not challenge the results of the second round of the presidential election in the Supreme Court of Ukraine.

"There are no legal provisions for such an appeal," Yulia Tymoshenko told journalists today.

Earlier, Serhiy Sobolev, the deputy head of the BYuT faction in parliament and one of Yulia Tymoshenko’s representatives in the court, did not rule out the possibility of an appeal to the Supreme Court if the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine violated the Ukrainian Code of Administrative Court Procedure.

"Everything depends on how this decision will be formulated. In other words, nobody is ruling out an appeal if the administrative code is violated," he explained.

Today Yulia Tymoshenko withdraw her lawsuit after the Higher Administrative Court refused to grant her key petitions for a recount at certain polling stations in the Crimea, and information about names added to the State Voter Registry multiple times, as well as names of those who have died that were included in the list.

The court also refused to invite as witnesses 13 representatives of regional internal affairs departments and representatives of district and polling station election commissions.
