Was Fast and Easy Talking to the Support for a Refund of my server, id 100% consider buying another server from apex if i need one!

I purchased 2 servers from this website, and for BOTH of the times I requested a cancellation, I still kept getting billed.

You will not receive any confirmation through email that the cancellation request was completed and they provide no invoices of the recurring subscription. They only give you 7 days after the billed date to request a full refund, and they make no exceptions.

I had a terrible experience with Apex Hosting. Their mod menu is awful, and I suggest using Nitrado instead. Nitrado has a better mod menu for easy configuration, and their support team is much more helpful. Unfortunately, my order with Apex Hosting was abruptly canceled after I opened a ticket to switch the location of the servers due to a high average ping of 120 from LA to Dallas. Although I was refunded, I did not receive any further communication from them.

I've been using Apex for more than a year without any problems, but issues started arising in February this year. Despite paying $70 monthly for a service that promised seamless gameplay, my experience has been far from it, with persistent lag making the game nearly unplayable. Believing the problem might be on my end, I even reset and upgraded my world, but the issues persisted. We didn't stop there; we maximized our RAM and even invested in a secondary server, yet the problems remained. Finally, in a desperate move, we switched to a different server host, and immediately, all the issues disappeared. Based on my experience, I can't recommend Apex.

William Oaks is the BEST customer support person on the planet. He was so understanding and patient with me an gave me very clear instructions. He was incredibly smart and I would tip him if he'd let me. Overall people like William Oaks keep Apex hosting alive.

The servers are usually very stable for minecraft, especially with mods. But where i absolutely love apex is the support team, the support team for minecraft is the absolute best team i have ever met, they always fix my problem no matter what and are some of the nicest people ive ever met.

Apex Hosting is amazing! They offer amazing service, and I have never ran into a issue with them. Their customer support is amazing. They are a bit pricy but its worth it! I sat for weeks looking at their reviews before I finally got a subscription! They have not disappointed yet.

OMG, we have struggled a little, it has to be said setting up a server for my 10 year old son, however the team from Apex could not have been more helpful. We have emailed several times, each time the advice has been clear and accurate as well as super fast. If you're reading this wavering as to which server co to sign up with, don't bother shopping around for the odd $, these guys are amazing, the real deal, to the support team, we thank you ;o)

I have been using Apex Hosting on and off for years now.

Pricing has always been AMAZING!

Customer and Technical support have been TOP NOTCH!

Technical support in particular seem to just know the answers to all my questions right away. I'm somewhat technically literate so I avoid contacting support and try to figure it out for myself, but whenever I contact tech support - they always answer QUICKLY and give me SPECIFIC answers.

Wonderful, every time I have an issue or need help, I get a response literally so quick I’m shocked. Very helpful and always kind staff. Erika helped me today after I requested some assistance with my account. No questions asked, immediately assisted me! 10/10 recommend for server hosting. Great communication, great pricing.
An amazing feature they have is that you can change your server plan mid-period, allowing you to simply pay the raise in price or give you back the money for what you no longer need.

Best server host I have used, and I have went through many providers over the years. I host a very modded and populated ASA server through Apex Hosting and it's incredible. It can handle a very populated server with 0 lag. There are quick to respond if you have any questions or issues. It's worth the price, 100%

Joseph Barker personally made it the best experience ever! I had been bouncing around from support agent to support agent and he knew exactly what my issue was the Frist time I explained it. He was patient with me and took the time to explain it and send me links and articles to figure out what was going on. Felt like I was losing my mind and the support I received made me feel heard and reassured. Joseph Barker, you are AMAZING!

Started off a little frustrating but their staff are understanding. I had different servers throughout a course of three years and yes honestly did have problems here and there. But every problem I had the staff knew how to fix. I learned from experience don't leave a bad review imediatly if you have a problem contact support they are genuinely understanding. I almost left a negative reveiw but I decided to ask for help and not only did they fix the issue at hand they responded in under two hours on a ticket. Keep in mind they also have 24 hour support for smaller issues. Genuinely thank you for saving my server.

They are very professional, responsive, and the service is spot on beginner friendly. I'm new in MC and their services is easy to navigate and easy to see what my services current usage is.

Every features is easy to learn and at the same time, very unique at the right implementation, I'm using my server at a stable manner and they are very transparent on their side.

They are quick to do support actions and address any issue.

Worth every penny.

Would recommend to all new MC beginner and powerusers alike.

They are absolutely fantastic. I have owned over 4+ servers with them, some since 2019. And their support has never let me down. Always helpful, kind and willing to do anything to support the customer. With them growing and hosting more game servers - they offer so many great packages and their support is always willing to help with open arms. I got Apex Hosting to play with some friends on a modded server and i had zero knowledge on adding mods and such. The server wasnt starting and so many mods were glitching as well as the world lagging a lot. I contacted the Support for help and they stayed on chat with me for 4-5 hours helping me detect problems and start up the server without issues. Ive contacted support multiple times as its my first time starting up a server and i have never ended a chat with an unresolved issue. 10/10 recommend if its your first time starting up a server modded/not too!
