Great software, great support!

The software is very easy to navigate. The Admin portal is user friendly. I also appreciate the support team for their rapid responses to an issue I had with my login.

The ticket was picked up within 2 minutes of submission and support replied not too long after that. After 2 email exchanges, the support rep was able to move my ticket along and my issue was resolved quickly.

I moved from another (higher priced)…

I moved from another (higher priced) company when a virus hit one of their themes and crashed every site I had on the plan. Hostinger seemed to be a good alternative.
Pricing is very competitive (domains, hosting, email). Service is good-to-great when I need it.
I've recommended to friends and current and potential customers.

Great Hosting

Great guys to deal with and always happy to help and they there when you need them.
We moved from Siteground and Hostinger is lot better also they tutorials just fantastic they were the first hosting company who explained the ins and outs of email setup.

The AI couldn't, great when a human analyst spoke to me

I asked for help when one of my domains stopped working due to expiration but I could not find the way to make the extension payment. Initially, an AI started trying to help me but it was frustrating. All it did was suggest steps or posts I already knew and tried. The experience changed for the better when a human analyst joined the chat to talk to me. In less than a minute he was able to understand the problem, show me the evidence, and recommend a solution, which I did and the problem was promptly solved.

VPS's provided by Hostinger are among…

VPS's provided by Hostinger are among the WORST VPS's available.

Hostinger's networking is so unstable and fragile that instead of securing the network Hostinger's management has a process in place to wipe your VPS clean and start over.

Thus losing all previous configurations and all your data. Busy software engineers do not have time to coddle a flaky VPS.

If you require a VPS please do yourself a favor and select a reputable ISP. Hostinger has identified itself as a suspect ISP.

I cannot prove that Hostinger is the source of the viruses. Hostinger cannot prove they are not the source of the viruses. Every company has empire builders.

I do not recommend the VPS's offered by Hostinger!

Great client service

I'm using hostinger for two months now and the user experience is very intuitive
The helping chat service is very fast and for more complexe situation they will send a customer success specialist to help you.
This is a must have for my experience and Im very glad so far.

The Hostinger site builder is perfect for website creation novices

The Hostinger site builder is easy to use. Perfect for beginners. Customer support is very responsive. There are still some features missing to really create a site to your image, but I'm sure that over time, they'll perfect their offer.

Chat Support - 45min Wait Time

Still in the process of solving a major issue. Will update soon after DNS propagation is complete. The lady was very helpful and followed each tip with a link showing more detailed info.

I wanted to share a very positive experience I had with Hostinger's customer support team. Recently, I encountered an issue where I couldn't access my website. I was worried and sent a message to the support center.

To my delight, the response was prompt and helpful. The support team quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it efficiently. I was back up and running in no time, thanks to their expertise.

This experience solidified my trust in Hostinger. Not only do they offer a great hosting service, but their customer support is top-notch. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and truly care about helping their customers.

The chatbot is just a crap.
No serious help, just pick an article with the same words of my question.
It only worked when Marco, an human!, took the support and helped up with a solution outside the box.

Excellent Support and Smooth to Operate!

My experience from the day one has been very smooth. From transferring of my domain, setting up the WordPress websites and emails.

Today, I emailed the support for the first time and it was like a live chat due to the quick responses from their support staff. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone, happily!

Response is quick and faster

Response is quick and faster. I was hesitant with offline help, as we lose lot of time in explaining the issue. The auto bot and live chat helps to resolve the issue faster
