I'm never one to write a review let alone a bad one. Worst customer support, running shared Node CPU based Linux Binary servers for the benefit of themselves so that you can't even run Wine programs if you ask them. Tried for a few months to give the benefit of the doubt but no. Buggy GUI, appmanifest breaks. So basically Palworld servers would be a bad idea here, any server I believe, the customer supports once every 12 hours in live chat and in a PR fashion or gloating about their own personal game dev without helping the game servers they provide for. Our shared CPU node load goes 300% and the automated tasks do not work correctly as set, not a good server provider host, all they would do is to recommend to switch Node. It's in the name, Nodecraft

EDIT : We had a Minecraft server for a month too that we just didn't bother with, the capabilities of the specs of the provider are simply not good enough and the pricing is... not good

It works great actually, but I noticed the ram usage was high sometimes while only having around 8 mods active with few players online, don't know if it's just me, but I don't know
While playing though I haven't seen it lag, at least any longer than half a second (and this only occurred around every 30 or so minutes)

and love the simple but useful controls, it contains all the important ones most people would need

Bought a server recently after reading they had good network / ddos protection. Didnt seem to be true, otherwise good hosting but dont expect your servers being ddos proof.

And before u read this, no i am not a bot i am an actual real human reviewer. I would recommend using NodeCraft a 100%. Ive been running my Terrarria server for over 11 days and i haven't had 1 single crash or problem with it. I've asked a few questions to the customer service and they replied very fast. To be honest its the fastest i've ever seen for customer service. Very good and trustable site!

Fast response. Reliable. Support within 5 minutes from an actual person and a fix in 10minutes. No dramas. Control panel very easy to use and actually works. Tutorials - thorough and meaningful.
I left one star off because it is more expensive than other hosts and they don't allow for an upgrade in an area (i.e upgrade RAM for an extra X as I don't need more GB or more 'instances' which I won't use.). Otherwise, awesome. Very happy with their service.

Straightforward sign up process. They Even offer a 24hr trial of their services. I'm not super tech savvy, and even a complete caveman like me set up a dedicated server in about 5 or 10 minutes. They have super informative and quite funny video tutorials on YouTube.

I'm very unhappy with the advertised low prices just to find out after purchasing that the lower bundles can't run the game I wanted to. There should be some way to see what the packages are actually capable of up front in layman's terms, not just numbers. I think they draw a lot of people in with their predatory tactics to stick them in the end.

Great!

Good library of games, very helpful and easy to follow guides on getting set up, transferring existing worlds to the server, etc. Nice dashboard, - love the automation actions like scheduling backups and server shut down/start up. Performance wise great as well - you get what you pay for and it all just kinda works. Been very pleased; I hosted a Terraria server, and when my friends and I beat it, we moved on to Valheim. Experience between both was the same: stable server, easy to maintain and automate, zero connection or gameplay issues. I've never had to contact support so far for any issue.

Haven't used a hosting service like this before and was really cautious. The setup was quick and easy, contained some clear instruction for quickly getting a Starbound server up and running, and even some fun art for the dashboard. Made it easy to get mods installed as well. Overall I'm very happy with the server we've got running on nodecraft.

My minecraft server lags far too much when less than 10 players are online.It seems to mostly just happen when people load chunks, but that shouldn't cause tps to drop to 2. I was hoping to host a public server with Nodecraft but this lag makes it close to impossible to have more than 3 players on at a time.

I think most of the service is great! I have had a MC server with Nodecraft for over one year now. Amazing UI, pretty cool servers, pretty great multiplayer capabilities, really easy to add mods. My only real complaints would be with the CPU and modpack selection, however I can add all the files I want so that latter one isn't that bad. A tad pricy, however fairly manageable.

It is easy to navigate the control panel and restart or stop the server. User friendly, friendly customer service employees. However - some of the server packs are outdated and rather expensive. I would recommend maybe reciew your packs and update them and possibly include a few more gb of RAM for your server packs. As I mentioned, it is a little pricey…

Great hosting service! They make set up (especially mod packs) super easy. I never write reviews but this service impressed me so much it was worth taking the time. I had a question about logging into the server and had a step by step answer in seconds written by a real person and not some machine. Service is worth every penny.

It doesn't support the latest version of TModLoader, that has been out for ~2 months. The service suggested a slightly undersized instance for what I wanted, but with a smaller map it works fine. For the same reason I went back to NodeCraft after hosting several other servers with them 2 years ago.

Great experience from start to finish - starting with the 24h trial that requires no CC info, you can make sure that the service fits your needs before even risking spending a dime.
Support is only available at limited hours - but the quality of the assistance offered clearly stands out compared to services that rely on third-party so they're able to proclaim '24/7' support.
For V Rising servers in Brazil this is also the only service I've seen with no performance hitches - my server ran better than the official G-Portal ones. There's no partnership with Vivox, so you still have to set that up externally if you want VOIP enabled in the game.

Server connection is better than my previous try of this service back in ~2019. No problems with deployment, lag, etc. Everything works well, me and my family can play games on our private server like its an official server.

Got a link from a twitch buddy to try it and I genuinely love it. It’s been nice to have a dedicated server for my twitch community. It is a little difficult at first to set up if you don’t know what you are doing but nodecraft has some amazing instructions and YouTube is super helpful. Over all find this amazing and will continue to use it.

It has worked without any problems, even for latin americans its pretty good since they have a host in brazil that works pretty well.
The tools for server management are clear and pretty easy to grasp without any previous knowledge with servers or programming.
Highly recommended.

I've been able to reconnect with some old friends thanks to Nodecraft. The few issues we've had were easily resolvable, connection issues haven't been a thing, the mods for our minecraft server have all been stable, the list goes on!

Quick setup, good interface, no problems. Other game hosts I've used have weird janky control panels, but NodeAI's interface is much cleaner and more responsive. I love that I can switch games whenever I want, so my friends and I can jump from game to game without hassle.
