Update: 21/02/24 Customer service response has declined dramatically. I registered a domain recently, it showed as pending for more than 48 hours, I asked in the chat how much longer before my domain would be activated and didn't receive a response until 4 days later. I then waited for 2 more days before raising a ticket and eventually getting a response saying that my domain was now active. This took a week to resolve. I have also now been waiting for a week after requesting a domain transfer code for one of my websites. They've not responded yet. I want to leave.

The two stars is because my website is at least still active, but with the extremely poor response time, I'm wondering how much longer that will be the case and if RAMShard is in trouble

For someone who doesn't know how to run a server i was excited to see id be able to ask questions whenever. Well I was wrong no one is ever active to help me with my server so I can send a message and have to wait a week for one response just to have to do it again if I have another question.

I think your services are a bit too expensive as a server quickly grows more resource hungry as more people start joining. I’ve had about 10-15 people join my server and with my 10GB subscription it is really struggling. Already when spawn is done being loaded the server is running at 5000-10000ms ping and general lag is present.

Other than that the server works great, the console is easy to use, its easy to install plugins and everything is easily accessible.

5 stars for the server.
1.5 stars for file managing, its kind of annoying to edit files inside the server. You whether have to download and upload it. Or edit if directly from the website which is slow. Both option are slow. Not practical. Deleting files also a hussle, slow deleting since it use FTP. Or you can just make a folder name DANGER_DELETE_ALL, and move any files you want to delete it in there. Which is another hussle. Unless, RAMSHARD allow their client to use files managing just like windows. Its easier like that.

I would recommend Ramshard over any other host. The control panel is easy to understand and any confusion can usually be cleared up by the Ramshard YouTube channel in short but well explained videos. In addition to the excellent support the price is also by far the most affordable I've come across, all without sacrificing any of the benefits of a top tier host. I would give Ramshard more than 5 stars if I could.

Ramshard is cheap, however has its drawbacks.

The support was fast, however I am not happy about its use of "UNLIMITED" on its page. The term is vague and hard to decipher and its used to express storage amounts.

Additionally my server properties file kept getting reset, so spawn protection and other certain values had to continuously be replaced.

Although RamShard is a easy to use hosting site and provided a good foundation for my servers.

The services is great!
I was looking for a minecraft server to try and all of the servers were so expensive, but that's when I found Ramshard their servers are cheap and reliable. Also the customer support section was really understanding and helpful. I recommend buying a server on Ramshard very nice people and services.

He is extremely fast, excellent penmanship (which I judge with extreme prejudice, which was flawless need I say). He is a true professional. I have never seen anyone work this hard and diligently. This is amazing work he has given. Let’s get this guy a promotion!!

Ramshard has been a inexpensive and reliable host. We've got a small Minecraft server for the family and have not experienced any hiccups/lag like we did with other hosts. There was no waiting to get the server and running and Ramshard offers a subdomain creator for no extra charge. Super easy to setup and the UI is easy to use. I would highly recommend them.

Although I have used computers since the 1980's, when it comes to new packages it can be hard work getting to grips with them, as you get older. Kevin has been very supportive and helpful guiding me at times on setting up my MC server. Especially with some bits I seem not to grasp instantly.

This is an edited review after RAMShard team's reply. Thanks for the comment you've left to the review! I just contacted the software developers, and was confirmed that the software does indeed block ips once the connection is overflowing.

Organized server control panel, great text editor, and easy FTP access. Very recommended to developers out there.

The people on this team in this case and with all my experiences with them have been very polite and helpful. My Minecraft server was Recently griefed and within the space of about two or three days we reverted it back to an old back up after I couldn't quite figure out how to do so myself. They weren't judgemental or disrespectful, quite the contrary, they were straight to trying to offer solutions and at the end of it they were happy to see it worked out!

I had Minecraft server through Ramshard, just little 4gig server for testing plugins / add-ons.

Server ran good for me, remember I only use for testing so I had no more then 3 ppl on it, but even with unefficient plugins for java and add-ons for bedrock on the server it ran really good for me.

Only reason I cancelled was I have alot down time right now redoing some of add-ons for bedrock, but I'll definitely be back when I'm rdy to host a world again.

Btw, Ramshard has option for just about everything Minecraft jar you could get your hands on.

My experience has been amazing, I've used Ramshard for more than a year, and the support has always been great.
I never had an issue where they couldn't problem solve,
Whenever I had a question or concern, I contact support and they replied less than 5 minutes.

The web server hosting is real easy to understand and how to implement. I had easy time installing new plug-ins to my game and editing the permissions. I would recommend this service to all.

As a Korean, I found many Minecraft hosting companies and tried using them after payment. As a result, the ramshard company is good, the price is cheap, and the consultants are happy to answer them kindly. I hope you will become a ramshard that develops in the future.

Had some minor issues with setting up my server correctly. Asked about it and the support team, specifically kevin, helped fix it with no problems at all. they were very fast to help too. i recommend ramshard 100% over any other hosting service.

Well I like it alot but the only thing i wish would be better is how fast you can get in contact with a support team member. I had a question yesterday and i had to wait a whole day for a response. i just think if there was faster communication when making a ticket or have a question. it would help alot.

I've used quite a lot of hosts, but by far RAMShard has been the most reliable. Other then occasional downtime on the site (rarely), I would reccommend.

They have affordable plans, and they're incredibly reliable.

The server is alright. The Performance is weak. I migrated our minecraft world from a local hosted server to your hosting. Since then we have hard lag spikes about every 5minutes. The world is not the problem.
