Summary

This paper examines the phenomenal nature of consciousness, by elucidating the quantum physical basis                  for its existence. We propose a new model of geometry-based harmonics, a fractal 12-tone set of discrete wave frequencies that undergo constructive and deconstructive wave interference. It exhibits entangled and disentangled states, invites both dualistic and non-dualistic properties, and operates in a 4D to 3D dimensional information transmission by symmetry breaking. A remarkable finding is revealed that EMF-wave frequency distribution in both animate and inanimate matter exhibits a distinct holo-fractal coherent pattern of 12 scalar tones in whole nature, including the cosmic level (Gravitational waves, and ZPE field oscillations). The same pattern is observed at the meso-level of evolutionary Life processes, in the wave peaks of our Brain (EEG), in stem cells and in neural microtubules. We also detected these acoustic patterns in superconductive materials and Bosonic energy states, that are characteristic for their entangled conditions. It stands to reason, that the human brain and thus those of the Greek philosophers and the Chinese mathematicians, were hardwired for an acoustical quantum code of resonant coherence that, according to our concept, is guiding the cosmos in a scale invariant manner. In this framework, a new model and algorithm for human (self)-consciousness  is proposed, that involves a 4D superfluid quantum scalar phonon information field, that is associated with but not reducible to our brain. This mental workspace, at various cosmic quantum scales, is expressed both as individual and collective consciousness, and is guiding through alternating coherent semi-harmonic and decoherent (chaotic) wave patterns and a typical metric. This dual modality can be positioned in a dynamic toroidal/wormhole geometry. It is aligned with a magnetic monopole entity as positioned at the singularity center of the torus and bounded by white- and black hole structures. The series of harmonically distributed photon/phonon quantized eigenstates in the core of the torus, can be envisioned as a so-called ladder (stairway) system, that bi-directionally operates in the toroidal wormhole space via a magnetic type of wave confinement. This ladder structure, also reported in modern physics as spin-ladders, may represent the two opposing principles of order and disorder, that are in line with the theory of Leibniz and Jung, and various historical described, ladder-systems, as well as the “Ying and Yang” of our world.

This paper pays special attention to the interfacing of the field of universal consciousness and our personal brain in relation to a potential afterlife and postulates a toroidal event horizon workspace of the brain that allows a symmetric 4-Dimensional (4-D) to 3-Dimensional (3-D) quantum information flux and holographic personal memory integration. The geometry of a 3-D brain, embedded in a 4-D realm, may explain the phenomena of functional brain binding, qualia, intuition, serendipity, synchronicity, extra-sensory perception, and other well-established parapsychological phenomena. Brain function is conceptualized as guided by the Zero-point Energy (ZPE) Field (ZPF)-derived pilot waves that support consciousness, even in the absence of neuronal activity, such as in Near-Death Experiences (NDE). The brain's toroidal organization exhibits quaternionic dynamics and thereby allows an opening to 4-D geometry and, consequently, to universal consciousness and the ZPF. This personal holographic workspace, that is associated with but not reducible to the brain, collects active information in a "brain event horizon," as an internal and fully integral model of the self. At death or transition of our material body, this personal mental knowledge domain dissociates from the body, yet it is retained because entangled and meaningful quantum information can never be destroyed. In NDE, this uncoupling is only temporal, but reveals universal consciousness in a fully transparent manner, since in this condition non-neuronal information processing is preserved. This preservation occurs through fractal semi-harmonic frequencies, from the ZPE field, that reflect an entangled personal register of each conscious being. The proposed concept, therefore, contradicts the tentative and promissory materialist solution to the mind-body problem. Instead, it substantiates the notion that the brain can act as a kind of "receiver" by filtering (sub)conscious states through holographic resonance with universal consciousness through specific coherent oscillation domains in the body. Yet, it is recognized that our self-consciousness can also act as a damping filter for information from this universal knowledge field. The latter aspect of a "dual filter theory" is apparently perturbed at states of modified brain function such as NDE, deep meditation, and use of psychomimetic drugs, that all expose us to an unknown cosmic perspective. The presence of a mental, fieldreceptive, resonant workspace, might be termed our "supervening double" (or "soul," not implying religious doctrine), and provides an interpretation framework for widely reported but poorly understood transpersonal conscious states. These may even imply that death can be conceived as a transition to another state of existence, yet we realize that all of us already belong to such an eternal domain in our present lives. Therefore, the present model may imply the potential for the survival of individual consciousness, qualifying conscious individuals as designated survivors and eternal beings.

Our recent work on the nature of Gravity and Dark Energy is based on the Acoustic Code of Resonant Coherence, representing a fractal series of discrete EMF frequencies that are postulated to guide multiple processes in the cosmos and life and also in various non-animated processes related to life. This Acoustic or Sonic frequency pattern was revealed by us to be expressed at the macro-level as primordial quantum fluctuations (CMB, Gravitational waves, Zero-point Energy field oscillations, Light and color spectra of our Sun), on the meso-level that determine Life conditions (brain wave activity, life sustaining and disturbing EMF frequencies, tumor frequencies, as well as processes in physics such as superconductivity, entanglement, Boson energy distribution, Planck black/body oscillations and many other fundamental processes. It was shown that creation of Gravity/Dark Energy can be envisioned as the result of primordial electron/ proton pair production that induces left and right-handed vortices in a superfluìd quantum space/lattice, bipolar pairs that are associated with sound particles or phonons. This process can be described by toroidal geometry in the form of phonon-fermion quasi-particles or polarons, in which the dual positive/negative charged pairs generate a Bi-polaron structure. In a similar manner, positron/anti-proton pair interaction is conceived, adding the aspect of anti-matter to the dynamic model. The latter was modeled in a so-called mirror-universe (matter/anti-matter) concept, that together provides the geometry of the dynamic composite wave-particles framed by us as the Twin-Bipolaron modalities. We hold that this basic quantum data interactive structure, is omnipresent in all atoms and molecules. The intrinsic phonon guiding of this integral cosmological process focused our attention on a "Sound/ or Sonically"-mediated cosmology as earlier suggested in several studies, such as of Macken, Fedi, Verlinde, Vopson, Thomson and Langan. In the present paper we systematically compare the feature of the latter theories with our Twin-Bipolaron cosmology model, and find general agreement, but also some differences. In the latter respect, the Twin-Bipolaron model both provides a congruence with the heterotic string classes HO(32) and HE(64) version of current String theory and also can be seen as a fifth boson gauge interaction in the present Standard model. From several other Cosmology/Gravity models that were presented in the last decade, we conclude that there is increasing evidence for the manifestation of a sound-induced or sonic universe. We finally submit a hypothesis on the very nature of Dark Energy and Dark Matter on the basis of our Mass/Energy/Information Equivalence conjecture, indicating that the collective phonon/photon guiding aspect, generated by matter/antimatter annihilation, may represent the supposed Dark Energy, expressed as physical Information, while the quasi-particle phonon/electron/proton composites may reflect the unidentified Dark Matter. It is finally concluded that the Cosmos is neither a giant machine, nor a versatile computer but rather a musically inspired and fine-tuned electro/gravitational process, that requires an eternal observer or an omnipotent composer of the splendid symphony we all can experience.

Abstract:
Recent analysis of data obtained by the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) has found apparent
discrepancies with the standard models in cosmology. Large galactic structures based on the understood
coupling between White Hole Quasars and Black Hole Supermassive Black Holes (SMBH) at the center of
galaxies seem to have formed immediately following the creation event, commonly known as a
Quantum Big Bang Cosmology (QBBC). As the age of cosmological structures cannot be greater than the
age of the universe itself, many researchers and cosmologists have realised, that the standard
cosmology needs reanalysis, modification and appropriate additions to the present models are expected
and anticipated. Certain attempts to reformulate the cosmological standard models, such as revisiting
‘tired light’ models of Fritz Zwicky and the ‘varying fundamental constant’ hypotheses of Paul Dirac, have
resulted in varying models extending the age of the universe to about 20 (Gupta and Zwicky) and 26
(Gupta and Dirac) billion years, seemingly accommodating the new measurements of the JWST. The
reintroduction of the ‘tired light’ and ‘varying constant’ proposals of Gupta are however incompatible
with other well tested and accepted premises of the standard cosmology of the QBBC. This paper then
will ‘solve’ the discrepancies observed in extending the present standard model of cosmology in
exposing the short-comings of the QBBC, not in abandoning its basic assumptions and premises; but in
deriving the age of the universe and its foundations of star- and galactic evolution from the initial- and
boundary conditions of the creation event. It is shown that the accumulation of primordial micro black
holes to form bigger black holes, by coupling as energy sinks to quasar-white hole energy sources to
‘feed’ the source-sink seeded cores as galactic centers and active galactic nuclei. This is reversed in
supermassive black hole seeds as a 0.25 percentage of a universal baryon mass seedling, coexisting in
the creation event of the QBBC transiting across a Higgs vacuum from a time-spaced Planck parameter
epoch to define the Big Bang Cosmology in the birth of space and time. This Planckian timespace can be
associated with a multidimensional cosmology based on spacetime modular dualities described in a
background independent supermembrane theory transforming into background dependent superstrings
to trigger the creation event in the form of a Weylian wormhole, also modeled by Meijer’s TwinBipolaron gravity concept, exhibiting the properties of dark matter and dark energy in its dual nature
derived from the modular string dualities. The observations of the JWST then indicate that the SMBHs
created with the QBBC became a fraction of the universe’s mass content following a cosmic evolution
not based on mass, but on temperature, until the universes’ temperature had cooled enough to attain
saturation equilibrium between quantum entangled micro black holes and the SMBHs in a quantum
tunneling through a time wall and not a barrier of space. The QBBC parameters then define this ‘time
barrier’ in the inversion properties of the modular duality of supermembrane theory and as modeled by
the Meijer Twin- bipolaron, as the agency for this quantum entanglement as a fifth elementary gauge
boson interaction.

In this essay an attempt is made to provide a condensed overview of the alarming state of the art of current scientific endeavor, as it is revealed in a spectrum of international reports, and also to formulate potential solutions for the severe conditions at stake. Nowadays, the science scene displays its own structural problems, framed by some as the "inflation in science". The related, evidently counterproductive, elements are generally very well realized by individual scientists, but often are not openly discussed in the scientific community. These calamities include the lack of a basic analysis of the current scientific process itself, by which major influences of questionable science policies, commercial interests, and the power of traditional views, as well as the lack of openness to novel approaches, remain in the dark. All this seems related to the contention that scientists strive for basic objectivity, but in fact are influenced by many of the subjective human attitudes revealed in many other fields of human society. For example, there is a worrying increase in technology-induced information dependence: even knowledge acquisition is not free from addictive features. We may fail to realize that both students and scientists can become the victim of a dominant evolutionary mechanism: that of the reward system in our brain that can induce severe addiction to Internet as displayed on computer, tablet and smart phones. This adverse process is greatly stimulated by the current boom of AI systems that, in themselves, show great promise but also bear the risk of irreversible changes in developing brain function and thus the quality of our candidate students. The current problems in science, as observed by the present author and extensively reported by leading scientists all over the world, are presented and discussed, and a set of potential solutions is tentatively offered.

This comparison of recent Gravity concepts, relates to the recent papers of Haramein et al., on "The Holographic Origin of Mass and Gravity", the article of Mayr on the "Compton particles and Quantum Forces", the earlier "M-String theory of Witten" as well as the" Entropic Gravity Theory" of Verlinde, versus the Twin-Bipolaron Gravity concept of Meijer et al., that all attempt to extend the theoretical foundation of physics and quantum physics. Firstly, the Twin-Bipolaron concept, based on phonon-guided electron-proton pairs, describes an electromagnetic coupling as a Black Hole equivalent to the gravitational field. This introduces the property of Gravity as a 'natural monopolar' superconductive current flow. Secondly, this 'monopolar electricity' can then be described as a consequence of particular Planck-String couplings, preceding the birth of the thermodynamic and classically relativistic cosmogenesis, in a unified self-state of unbroken Super-Matter/ Anti-matter symmetry. The known five string classes are encompassed by the Twin Bipolaron model and the Bipolaron model so demystifies the nature of M-theory as the collection of the background dependent string classes. In 2019, Haramein et al., defined a spherical volume unit or voxel for space, which was called the oscillating Planck Spherical Unit (PSU), being seen as the most fundamental unit of energy, also representing a bit of information. The number of PSUs that can tile the surface of the spherical object under consideration represents a surface density which gives the information content of the surface in terms of PSU. With surface entropy η and volume entropy R. Haramein et al., define a non-dimensional ratio that expresses the surface-to-volume entropy and represents the information potential transfer or rate of information exchange between the volume and the surface of the spherical system. This holographic mass demonstrates that every proton is connected to every other proton in the universe, via the micro-wormhole network of multiply-connected space-time geometry. A closely related theory was proposed picturing electrons and protons as Compton particles. Like in the Holographic mass model, an inner structure of fermions is proposed consisting of packed elementary dipoles, similar to the Planck Spherical Units of Haramein, also having a connective role in the cosmos. Mayer demonstrates the crucial role of entropy and information in fractal cosmic architecture, in line with the Entropic Gravity conjecture of Verlinde. It is concluded that all of the theories highlight the proton as a fundamental modality for Gravity/Dark Energy creation in a holographic, scale-invariant, toroidal context. Yet, the Holographic Mass and Compton Parricle theories are devoted to the inner structure of the proton, build up from Planck units, whereas the Bipolaron concept sees the proton as "never alone", being paired with an electron as well as a cloud of informational guiding phonons, so forming the quasi-particle polaron. This informational aspect resembles the theory of Verlinde, that conceives gravity to be a compensatory reaction to the displacement of information. The present Bipoaron boson/fermion construct, with its implicit phonon guiding and informational "pilot wave" aspects, could therefore act as a 5 th gauge "Gravitone" of an adapted Standard Model. A Black Hole Horizon of holographic information at the very center of every atom/el. particle, implies a cosmic wormhole matrix structure that may continually bridge the physical to the metaphysical Universe.

Information is considered as a fundamental building block of reality, along with matter and energy. Yet the word information is often employed as a container term that represents many different modalities ranging from information constituting a physical parameter to the daily transmission of  the news in human culture.  Information is particularly known from the description of nature at its micro-level and from computer science (bits an qbits), but also is essential in understanding the evolution of macrostructures in the Universe. The interactions of subatomic waves/particles subsequent to the Big Bang, guided by feedback loops and backward causation, created a dynamic network of quantum information, that finally enabled the formation of highly complex macromolecular structures and first life. Parallel innovations in biophysical complexity occurred,  expressed in quantum states that can be brought in superposition, after an “intelligent” search and selection process in nature, aiming at a future path. Therefore, both the becoming and future of the Universe can be viewed as an unfolding as well as a continuous measurement and creation of basic information. A collective memory of nature or a universal consciousness is considered as a prerequisite for the origin of life and further evolution of intelligence.
Current information theory implies that information can both be described as a physical entity, bearing an entropic element, in which the impact of information is inversely related to the probability that it will occur (Type 1 information), versus the concept that information reflects the certainty of a message and is directly related to its probability and meaning (Type 2 information). This dual aspect of information reflects the perspectives of sender and receiver in the transmission process and resembles wave/particle duality in which (proto)-consciousness can be instrumental in transition of the Type 1 to the Type 2  information aspects. It is shown that basic information is largely hidden from us, due to observation- induced perturbation of this intrinsic information.
Information may be transmitted in very different ways and at very different levels. In the living cell this may constitute chemical and electrical signals, but also specific spatial perturbations, for instance, in the 3-dimensional structure of proteins. At the level of human communication, vibration patterns can be expressed in electromagnetic waves in the form of light, sound, music, as well as in images and stories (transmitted by radio, telephone, internet and TV, for example). Such information is transferred to the brain through specifically tailored sensory organs that accommodate complex patterns of wave activity, that subsequently are converted to neural activities in a cyclic workspace of the nervous system. The emergence of human information, knowledge and understanding , in itself, can be seen as a creative force in the physical universe, which can influence the generation of complexity of Nature in all domains. A new information paradigm has been proposed that represents a new integral science of information, on a physical and metaphysical basis: it seems easier to describe matter and energy in terms of information than vice versa. Consequently, information can be used as a common language across scientific disciplines.

If the Higgs Boson, named by Leon Ledermann (15 July- 1922 – 30-Oct.-2018) as the ‘God-Particle’ in 1993, then the Meijer Bipolaron concept may become the ‘God of the Gaps’ particle. Instead of replacing the old standard models in particle physics and cosmology, as so many attempted  to do,  the Bipolaron concept can, in principle, fill the gaps in extending and refining these classical models. Thus, the old standard models, which many reject or attempt to alter in some fundamental manner or in other significant ways, can  tentatively,  be completed by inserting the Bipolaron model into both of them.

The Meijer Twin Bipolaron concept may represent potentially a  revolution in physics and science, as a fifth elementary interaction and as a mathematically and logistical self-consistent model of universally applicable reality, representing Wheeler’s ‘Atom of Information’ in encompassing all of its physics.

The present paper then attempts to validate the Meijer Bipolaron as a ‘missing’ integrated part of the
standard models in particle physics and in the Quantum Big Bang Cosmology in three parts:

Summary
The present essay/literature compilation in part 1 of our studies, deals with a prominent problem in physics: how to reconcile relativistic and quantum mechanical theories for describing the fabric of reality, in relation to the origin and nature of gravity. Since Einstein, adequately, described gravity in general relativity as arising from a warping of space-time, nevertheless, hundreds of alternative theories have been forwarded in articles and books, albeit without finding definite clues. The development of quantum physics and search for mathematical defined quantum gravity revealed fundamental discrepancies with Einstein’s ideas, that could not be reconciled until today. So, science is still left with the major question as to the very origin of gravity, as well as to that of anti-gravity (or dark energy), both at the macro-cosmological and micro-(Planckian) levels. How and when in  cosmic history were these “forces” generated, do they indeed constitute long-distance forces and do they imply (anti)- gravitational fields? Can gravity be generated by an excitation of such a gravitational field, producing gravity transferring wave/particles (the currently missing graviton in the standard model)? In addition, further questions were raised: should gravity be regarded as a fundamental and thus independent force or does it rather emerge from field interactions such as electromagnetism and zero-point energy? How is the relation with the known physical laws such as thermodynamics and entropy, as well as informational aspects of the fabric of reality? Should we see the latter in relation to gravity as background dependent, as in the known String theories, or as background independent as in the Spin network of Loop-Quantum Gravity?  Finally, does the related unfolding of the cosmic quantum  information require a quantum observer and, in this regard, is there a role for quantum mediated consciousness in the evolution of a self-reconstructive Universe, (to be treated in part 3 of our article). Its basis is an Acoustic Quantum Code of Resonant  Coherence that connects and guides the fabric of reality from Cosmic to Planck scales. This represents a primordial power spectrum of discrete EMF frequencies, that was revealed by us in acoustic patterns in the CMB pattern, zero-point energy field, boson energy distribution at a step-wise unfolding of cosmic information at the birth of the universe, in energy distribution of  gravitational waves and recently in brain micro-tubular oscillations in a state of coherent resonance with quantum fluctuations at the Planck scale. We submit that at symmetry breaking from 5D to 4 D, oscillating phonons were manifest that can form quasi-particles with proton-electron pairs, together framed by us as polaron gravitones. Repulsive and attractive charge interactions of such composed gravitational units may produce Dark energy and Gravity respectively. Alternatively, similar charge interactions may occur in the process of Matter/Antimatter interaction, by which  Gravity is being coupled to particle annihilation in the ZPE setting. This sound (phonon)- mediated creation of Gravity/Dark energy will be discussed by  treating a variety of currently formulated Gravity hypotheses. It will be shown that integrating a number of related aspects of the treated theories can, in principle, yield a comprehensive and unified Gravity theory on the basis of both Quantum physical and Relativity frameworks. This concept is shown to require a dynamic spacetime lattice constitution, coupled to toroidal geometry. The concerted hypotheses will be elaborated in part 2 of the present article. The present concept implies the birth of the gravitone as opposed to the graviton and pictures the becoming of our universe as an eternal symphonic manifestation.

The present essay deals with the role of sound (phonon wave-particles), in the formation of dipole Bipolarons, seen as being instrumental in describing the origin and nature of Gravity/Dark energy, through dual charge interactions with a primordial structured vacuum lattice. Since Einstein described gravity in his General Theory of Relativity, as arising from a warping of space-time, nevertheless, hundreds of alternative theories have been forwarded in articles and books, albeit without finding definite clues, both at the macro-cosmological and micro-(Planckian) levels. The basis for the present concept is our earlier reported "Acoustic Quantum Code of Resonant Coherence", that is supposed to connect and guide the fabric of reality in a scale-invariant manner, from Cosmic to Planck scales. Attractive and Repulsive charge interactions of such confined electron/proton composites can generate Gravity and Dark Energy forces respectively. Alternatively, similar charge interactions may occur in the process of electron/positron (matter/antimatter) interaction, by which Gravity/Dark Energy would be coupled to particle annihilation in the ZPE setting. This sound (phonon)mediated creation of Gravity/Dark Energy can, in principle, yield a comprehensive and unified Gravity theory on the basis of both Quantum mechanical and Relativity frameworks. The present "Bipolaron concept" requires a 3D dynamic space-time lattice medium, with vortex/torus operators at its corners, constituting a fractal multiple-scale structure, as proposed by Axelrod. At each scale the vortex energy is stored in double-helical torus, allowing a mechanism of energy exchange between symmetric and antisymmetric excitation modes and between a plurality of discrete spatial scales. Vortices play the role of the dominant energy storage element of the vacuum structure, and are generated as a response to the demand for energy compression. The Bipolaron/Gravity hypotheses will be further elaborated in a coming review/literature compilation of which the present paper is an extended summary. The Bi-Polaron concept implies the birth of the "Gravitone", as opposed to the supposed, but currently not detected, Graviton of the Standard Model of Quantum Physics. This study was initiated to establish whether spatio-spectral Eigen-modes of EEG brain waves can be described by an Acoustic Quantum Code of Resonant Coherence, as found by us earlier in a spectrum of animate and inanimate systems. Presently available EEG-and MEG recordings were analyzed as to their peak frequencies in relation to our Quantum Code coherence values. Both the EEG-and MEG studies of healthy persons exhibited quantum coherence of EEG peaks with mean quantum coherence of 0.95 (an average of 90-100% showed coherent peak values), while in patient groups with various mental disorders, a significant decrease of coherence correlation was found. ADHD subjects show a moderate change in peak coherence, being in the range of 1.0 to 0.83, while during epileptic seizures the degree of peak coherence is reduced to a range of 0.94 to 0.75. Depressed patients have EEG peaks with a consistently lower coherence values than healthy persons: 0.77-0.88, while autistic persons show an even lower coherence of 0.50 till 0.75. Patients with severe psychiatric disorders, such as depression, show a coherence of only 0.49-0.61. The importance of EEG brain coherence for conscious states was demonstrated in patients under anaesthesia that exhibited a very low coherence level of about 0.25. The graded loss of brain EEG coherence combined with alterations in Phi based EEG wave separation, can therefore be of value for differentiation in severity and nature of neurological disorders. The value of our frequency algorithm was also shown for trans-cranial therapy: the presently chosen frequencies of rTMS therapy in clinical practice correspond very well with the values of our algorithm. Of interest, the Acoustic Quantum Code pattern was also shown to describe neuronal microtubular (MT) wave frequencies, as measured in vitro by others. MT oscillations were claimed by Hameroff and Penrose to be instrumental in the creation of brain consciousness through alignment with gravity fluctuation at the Planck scale. Our results on brain EEG coherence are therefore discussed in relation to the current models for understanding the nature of (self)-consciousness. We regard the potential relation between neuronal coherence/decoherence balance and conscious states as a central mechanism for producing quantum entanglement in the brain as related to long-distance neuro-communication and brain binding. As postulated earlier, consciousness can be modelled by a 5D brain-associated, toroidal workspace, that provides quality control and monitoring of integral brain function, according to holographic principles and was earlier framed as the "Event Horizon Brain". Consciousness, in this concept, requires photon/phonon mediated and resonant communication with this field-receptive holographic workspace, seen as associated with but not reducible to the human brain. The related brain supervening role of the event horizon workspace requires the collective conscious and unconscious states and realizes a total holographic modality of consciousness that enables effective predictive coding. This 5D, scale invariant, memory workspace, therefore, can be instrumental in the manifestation of Psi phenomena and experiences of cosmic consciousness. At the sub-atomic level, gravity guided quantum tunnelling and coherence of micro-tubular oscillations may produce neuronal entanglement. The latter represents a dominant factor in long distance neural information transfer and functional brain binding. The resulting synchronization of neural network frequencies is likely reflected in the abovementioned brain coherency of EEG peaks, as well as in various mental states that promote feelings of mental wholeness in meditation and psycho-mimetic drug therapy.

In this article an analysis is carried out on the basic mechanisms inherent in the functioning of the living and conscious Universe, that seems permeated by an intrinsic intelligence. In this scenario, a primordial acoustic quantum code in the form of BSE-condensed polaron field is assumed to provide the conditions for the guided formation of the cosmos in which also Gravity and Dark energy forces were created. As to the latter, we submit that primordial proton/ electron composite units, covered with multiple phonons (forming quasi-particles), exhibit internal attractive and external repulsive features, thereby generating the forces of gravity and anti-gravity (dark energy). Our earlier results indicate that the frequency pattern of the "Acoustic Quantum Code of Resonant Coherence" is fully in line with recently reported frequency values for cosmic gravitational waves, as well as for oscillations of ZPE field, at the macro-scale. With regard to brain function, at the micro-scale, interestingly, an almost perfect frequency fit of our algorithm was revealed for brain microtubular oscillations. These results on neuronal signaling, numerically support the Orch-OR consciousness theory. The present results also confirm the recent Creation Field model for Life of Wong et al., who adopted our concept in their studies as a General Music Code. Consequently, the primordial acoustic quantum code with its coherence equation (earlier called the "Generalized Music Biophysical Principle), shows a high correlation with regard to EMF wave frequencies with various of the current concepts for consciousness: the Orch OR theory of Hameroff and Penrose, the Microtubule concept of Bandyopadhyay et al., The Life Creation model of Wong et al, the Event Horizon brain concept of Meijer et al., as well that of ZPE-mediated consciousness concept of Keppler et al. The collective evidence, therefore reveals a scale invariant, all pervading guiding principle in the Universe. In this, a 4 th spatial dimension is required, as proposed in current physics, implying, together with the time dimension, a 5-D universe. These features make the Universe, in principle, non-calculable by human technology and may, at first sight, imply an inherent limitations in the role of artificial intelligence in the future becoming of the Universe. Yet, It is possible that in the far future advanced types of AI will be created that may allow a cosmic back-reaction in information processing. This can lead to a reconstructive universe, either by retro-causal information flux from the future to present and past states, and/or enabling an integral simulation at the expected cosmic end of our Universe. The latter, on the basis of the ultimately collected information, may afford a new version of our universe, in a time-reversed mode. We hold that such a sound mediated process also played a role in biological evolution and the creation of first life. Our proposal points at an information field of harmonic sounds that actualizes the successive steps in the ongoing fabric of reality. This is envisioned through toroidal geometry, in which information, also of human experience, is retroinjected into a growing field of a collective cosmic memory (back reaction).. IIn the present review/literature compilation*, we submit that a cosmological acoustical background field
underlies the fabric of reality and that this field was and is instrumental in the guiding of biophysical
processes during pre-biotic era’s, biological evolution, as well as in our world we know now and anticipate in
the future. The idea of some recipe for life, seen as a set of primordial rules, has clear connections with the
earlier proposed pilot wave theory of David Bohm, who framed the supposed field as an implicate order.
Implicitly, such theories invite the question whether they imply a deterministic and even super-deterministic
constellation of the cosmos we live in. Of note, the super-determinism debate is related to quantum
mechanical properties such as non-locality, the measurement (observer) problem, statistical independence
of the observer, potential vectorial influences on a distance, free will (choice) of observers and the potential
involvement of hidden variables in quantum physics, all this related to potential violation of Bell’s Theorem.
The latter item was recently treated by Hossenfelder, Palmer, t’ Hooft, and Smolin among many others. We
postulate that the initiation and further evolution of the cosmos was pre-determined by an underlying
information field that is hidden for us and which is considered as primordial attribute of a cyclic (rebounce)
universe. This concept was earlier described by us as a symmetry breaking from a 5D sub-quantum phase
space, that is connected to a 4D superfluid quantum domain with features of the known Zero-point-energy
Field (ZPEF). Our theory can, in principle, be viewed upon as a superdeterministic phenomenon, as currently
debated in physics. Yet, we rather propose that potential super-determinism is relaxed by a dynamic
information field that is retro-causally updated(back-reaction). This, through choices made by intelligent life
systems that collect, use and dissipate information, including the human species. This dynamic process can
be envisioned as a permanent retro-causally actualised information domain that is instrumental in the
ongoing evolution of our world. This implies a relaxed superdeterministic mode, collectively defined by us as
a retro-causally reconstructive universe, that allows human free choice. It is postulated that crucial processes
such as the Primordial Creation of our Universe (so-called Big Bang), Anthropic Fine Tuning of the Universe,
Biological Evolution and the Manifestation of Consciousness should not be regarded as coincidental, but

Muziek is een samenspel van Energie en Informatie. Energie zit in de frequenties van de opeenvolgende of samengestelde tonen terwijl de volgorde van tonen non-materiele informatie omvat. De auteurs poneren de visie dat onze werkelijkheid immer een combinatie is van drie funderende aspecten: Massa, Energie en Informatie en zij laten zien hoe fundamenteel Informatie hierin is. Informatie stuurt de ontwikkeling en de vormen van deeltjes, terwijl energie dit proces aandrijft. Dit is één van de nieuwe inzichten die voortkomen uit de kwantumfysica. In-form-atie vindt men namelijk niet alleen in ruimtelijke vormen en patronen in de natuur, maar ook in groeivormen van planten, in de samenstelling van DNA, maar ook in muziekcomposities.

In die visie neemt de mensheid deel aan een cyclisch opererend en zelflerend universum. Uiteindelijk zou een soort “galactisch internet” kunnen ontstaan als onderdeel van een zelflerend universum.  Op grond van deze inzichten pleiten de auteurs voor het verder doorgronden en ontwikkelen van het begrip universeel bewustzijn in de menselijke samenleving, die immers ook een rol speelt in de verdere evolutie van het universum. De kwantumleer blijkt daarbij steeds meer van groot belang. Vertaald naar de actueel levende werkelijkheid, biedt de kwantumbiologie ook een nieuw perspectief voor een duurzaam gebruik van onze kostbare natuur in land- en bosbouw. De integrale natuur – met virus, insect, plant, dier en mens - is immers een gebalanceerd samenspel van massa, energie, informatie en bewustzijn. Our earlier work showed that the band pattern of electro-magnetic (EMF) wave frequency eigenstates of both inanimate and animate systems can be described by a Pythagorean-like (acoustic) math equation.  The distribution patterns of discrete EMF-frequencies were revealed by acoustic- like scaling of about 500 EMF experimental frequency data of typical inanimate and 600 of such data of animate materials. Just in between the detected coherent eigenstate bands, decoherent (disordered) states are located. The discrete distribution of wave bands confirms that energy in nature is quantized and should be interpreted in the framework of quantum physics and quantum biology. It is shown here that these eigenstate patterns can be analytically approached by invariant vibrations of vector bundles or component winding numbers and expressed in normalised Chern numbers, thereby implying toroidal geometry with fractal properties. It is inferred therefore that the particular winding wave energies of phonon/electron quasi-particles (bio-solitons/polarons) can be positioned at nested torii, in an entangled mode, and are arranged according to an alternating order of coherent and disentangled (decoherent) stacks. Twelve fundamental topological invariants could be derived: 1.0000, 1.0535, 1.1250, 1.1852, 1.2656, 1.3333, 1.4142, 1.5000, 1.5803, 1.6875, 1.7778, 1.8984. These topological invariant values are virtually identical with the coherent frequency values found by scaling of EMF/energy data from reported studies on EMF exposure of Life systems and physics studies of various typical inanimate systems. The latter include superconductor properties, EPR (entanglement) studies, Quantum Hall effects, distribution of energies of Boson Einstein condensates as well as the full range of Elementary Particles of the Standard model. In contrast, we found that Fermions can also be associated with the decoherent zones.  A remarkable fit with this series of topological invariants was also revealed for a number of experimentally determined frequency values of zero-point energy, confirming the idea that all of these vibration patterns could be related to, or even be guided by, a primordial quantum field. We show with the Wong model, that the latter may also be instrumental in life supporting coherent vibrations in life systems that operate via structured water, and macromolecules such as proteins and DNA.  The here proposed generalized model of toroidal organized quantum information supports the notion that the current 2D Standard Model and 2D modalities of String Theory could benefit from introducing a proposed musical quantum code in nature based on 3D toroidal geometry, also considering that both theories find a background in the all-pervading ZPE quantum metric, revealed in the present study.

We submit a comprehensive theory on the creation of first life conditions on the basis of current physics and cosmology. It is shown that symmetry breaking from a 5D homogeneous manifold of condensed boson fields, generates 4D photonic (electromagnetic) and magnetic monopole energies as well as toroidal operator conditions. These are instrumental in the formation of essential 3D DNA/RNA dynamic structures via the guided synthesis of nucleobases, their layered molecular arrangement and the resulting wave resonant properties of DNA. The integrated life-guiding mechanisms of magnetic monopoles and the generalized music ordering of EMF frequencies, provide a primordial informational quantum coding for first life, the universal fabric of reality and the cosmological manifestation of humans as observers and participants in the evolution of the universe.

Meta-analysis of current biomedical and biophysical literature revealed the presence of a fractal pattern of discrete EMF frequency bands, in a wide range of animate and non-animate systems, framed as the Generalized Music (GM)-scale biophysical principle and also applied by us to study cognitive brain function as well as quantum mechanical aspects of first life. In this respect, it is proposed that nature is guided by a resonating set of quantum vacuum fluctuations of an all-pervading zero-point energy (ZPE)-field. It was shown that the toroidal GM-code can accommodate 4 spatial dimensions, in line with the Kaluza Klein concept as a feature of the Sub-Quatum SFQS, conceived as a homogenous 5-D space-time manifold. The related photon/phonon and soliton fluxes can be modelled by toroidal geometry as also obtained from Perelmann-Ricci-Flow mappings, processes that enable crucial wave damping and tone separation. The GM-scale exhibits a self-similar fractal) wave pattern that gives rise to a series of more than 500 EMF frequencies from the Hz to the GHz ranges, thereby exhibiting a field-like character. In this paper we report on a series of 46 experimentally determined ZPE-frequencies, from 15 separate studies, that fit the GM-scale eigenvalues closely. The central message of these quantum wave studies implies a cosmic connectivity operating in a primordial context, possibly related to known bounce models of our universe, that is likely also mirrored in life processes, including the human brain. It is postulated that the generation of life in the cosmos resulted from a symmetry breaking from the homogenous 5-D manifold that contains condensed boson type of quantum wave information and is instrumental in past/future transactional information processing and/or pilot-wave type of wave guiding. In this sense, the ZPE-field is seen as a transition zone from the 5D Sub-Quantum domain to our quantum world. We hold that the ZPE-field presents an all-pervading quantum field, that provides longdistance solitons (electron-phonon quasi-particles) that can guide the 3D folding of brain macromolecules embedded in coherently structured water domains, in which hydronium ions and Ca2+ ions are particularly instrumental. In this manner cell proteins and DNA may function as wave-antennas to receive active lifeinformation for the functional architecture of cell, and the generation of cell memory and conscious states. For the permanent transmission of external information a holographic 5D memory workspace of the brain is required that is associated with, but not reducible to the brain. This field-sensitive holographic workspace is involved in predictive coding and quality control of individual awareness. Recent studies by Wong et al., show that the creation of life can be conceived as being guided through a symmetry breaking of condensed (charge neutral, massless) bosons from the 5D informational manifold. The particuar "Diagonal Long Range Ordered" bosons represent the monopoles from the Maxwell magnetic monopole potential, a solitonic eigenstate of the homogenous 5-D manifold, that through Perelmann mapping generates toroidals, instrumental in the formation bio-rings including the nitrogenous bases of RNA and DNA. The retained EMF from these monopole bosons within the RNA and DNA can interact with the molecular entities of life, such as H2O, carbon and nitrogen, by inducing mobile positive valence band hole charges in the molecules. This provides an offdiagonal-long-range ordered superconducting phase that enables cell grow and survival in its thermal environment. It is finally concluded that all matter, from galaxies through life creation therein, is derived from scale invariant information transfer, expressed at the holographic event horizons of each individual cosmic entity, a process that was intended to be verified and observed by the intelligent subjects of its own creation.

We present a comprehensive concept for the fabric of reality and the creation of life through the generation and integration of information, modelled through toroidal processing of wave energy. We submit that human consciousness cannot be understood in a reductionist context, but that it is rather an expression of a cosmic modality or a universal consciousness. We therefore introduce a mental attribute of the entire cosmos that for our world, requires a wave-like holonomic description, implying non-material physicalism in a cosmopsychism context. It is postulated that the generation of life in the cosmos requires a symmetry breaking from a 4th spatial dimension (5-D spacetime) involving a Sub-Quantum domain, that contains information conceptualized as a pro-active ontological essence. Thereby, a multi-layered fractal reality is conceived integrated by a universal toroidal/möbius-ring type of connection. This is described at the level of a sub-Planckian scale, and is instrumental in past/future transactional information processing and pilot-wave guiding. In this framework, the Zero-point Energy Field is seen as a transition zone from the Sub-Quantum domain to our quantum world.  In concert they provide an all-pervading superfluid quantum field that enables soliton (electron-phonon quasi-particle)-mediated interaction with non-neural brain compartments, in which hydro-ionic (hydronium ions and Ca2+-ions) are instrumental. In this process, freely moving protons form wave-antennas in the water matrices of the brain that can receive active life-information as the building blocks for conscious moments. Toroidal geometry is also involved in the functional organisation of wave-coherence and interference in brain, to assure a personal memory. In addition, we postulate a global memory workspace, associated with, but not reducible to the brain. This field-sensitive holographic workspace, that exhibits an event horizon information projection, is seen to be involved in predictive coding and quality control of awareness and can be conceived as personal double. The imprinting of life conditions in inanimate (pre-biotic) structures in biological evolution is conceived as a toroidal processing of energy-consciousness providing a non-dual recursive creation of reality. The unfolding of pre-mordial information into the future is described in geometric terms and defined in a “Beyond Fibonacci” type of spiral mathematics that also includes an extra 4th spatial dimension. Recent studies of others indeed have shown that the creation of life can be conceived as a symmetry breaking of condensed bosons from a 5-D informational phase-space, supposedly through formation of magnetic monopoles in a Hicks setting, again using an essential toric information code. The monopoles, produced in this process, interact with DNA/RNA on the basis of the molecular entities of life such as H2O, carbon and nitrogen-bases, and this supports recent work on the role of oscillatory DNA wave resonance in cellular communication, being crucial for problem solving of life cells for survival in their environment. Boson-mediated symmetry breaking, modelled by toroidal spinor geometry was also described in a bifurcative self-interaction model that assumes supervenience of mental on physical states. This underlying algorithm of semi-harmonic solitonic waves, provides an interface between living and non-living systems, being of relevance for the areas of brain research as well as biological evolution. In this paper we show that the octave-like distribution of EMF frequencies is also present in the absorption/emission spectra of hydrogen atom and, for a significant part, also in the acoustic spectrum of the CMB background radiation. It is proposed therefore that nature is guided by resonating set of quantum vacuum fluctuations of an all-pervading zero-point energy (ZPE)-field, also regarded as a superfluid quantum space (SFQS). Interestingly, our generalized music (GM)-scale concept, reveals an 80% congruence with the EMF frequencies of a recent study, in which a full harmonic wave model was presented that would describe guided fabric of the cosmos, framed as the “Harmonic Entangled Pilot-wave Theory” (HEPT). In accordance with the GM-scale concept, the HEPT studies include auto-recursive wave harmonics, and a coherence/decoherence interplay. The latter theory is based on a math/numerology of ”9”, known from classical numerology sources, as well as  so-called “entangled” wave propagation and a supposed complementarity principle. It was also claimed to provide potential explanations for the acoustics of the CMB background spectrum as well as for the atomic radiation spectrum of Hydrogen.  Yet, the proposed cosmic background origin of HEPT seems flawed since the 9 waves of the CMB acoustic spectrum donot show full harmonic relations, while the Hydrogen spectrum encompasses not 9, but at least 12 frequencies. Rather, the Hydrogen atom, with its 12 resonating electron wave frequencies is shown to be compatible with the octave-like pattern of 12 frequency of the Semi-Harmonic GM-code. It is shown that in comparison with the HEPT pattern, the GM-code can accommodate 3 to 4 spatial dimensions and soliton fluxes described by toroidal geometry, as well as a Fibonacci-type of wave termination, enabling crucial wave damping and tone separation. The GM- EMF wave pattern, apart from exhibiting a core series of 12 EMF frequencies, exhibits a fractal nature, implying a series of more than 500 EMF frequencies from the Hz to the GHz ranges, thus exhibiting a field-like character. In this paper, we report on a series of 17 experimentally determined ZPE-frequencies, reported in nine separate studies of others, that fit the GM-scale eigenvalues closely. It is speculated that the series of frequencies of HEPT and GM-scale code both could reflect primordial math-operators that, in a cosmic setting, select information from the zero-point energy (ZPE)-field. The central message of the here treated entangled wave studies encompasses a cosmic connectivity operating in a primordial context, that is likely mirrored in life processes, including the human brain. This yields a harmonically guided instrument for the crucial modalities of scale-invariant consciousness and causal self-observance of our universe. Finally, the cyclic operating fabric of reality, on basis of the semi-Harmonic GM-scale and HEPT concepts, is pictured in a final comprehensive scheme.

In this chapter, we postulate an integral concept of information processing in the universe, on the basis of a new biophysical principle, coined the generalized music (GM)-scale of EMF frequencies. Meta-analyses of current biomedical literature revealed the presence of a distinct pattern of discrete EMF frequency bands in a wide range of animate and non-animate systems. The underlying algorithm of harmonic solitonic waves provided a novel conceptual interface between living and non-living systems being of relevance for the areas of brain research as well as biological evolution. We hold that nature is guided by resonating quantum entities related to quantum vacuum fluctuations of an imminent zero-point energy (ZPE) field, also regarded as a superfluid quantum space (SQS). Since the whole human organism, including the brain, is embedded in this dynamic energy field, a pilot wave guided supervenience of brain function is conceived. Conversely, the brain may write discrete informational states into the ZPE-field as individual memory traces. Conformational states of living cells have typical spatial arrangements of atoms, that are characteristic for building, homeostasis, decay and apoptosis. We earlier found clear evidence, indicating that such states of biomolecules are related to spectral coherence and decoherence frequency bands, providing a quantitative physical resource. The patterned arrangements of EMF frequencies can be described by electromagnetic wave patterns positioned on an acoustic scale, on the basis of an underlying quantum wave equation. The proposed equation shows a discrete distribution of energy: En= ħ ωref 2 n+p 3 m , that supports quantum entanglement, and is in line with the earlier published models of Fröhlich and Davydov. The overall results show the presence of a molecular code-script, which supplies information to realize biological order in life cells and substantiates collective (Bose-Einstein) type of coherent wave behaviour. The particular wave equation was inferred from a meta-analysis of 724 biomedical publications, from 1970 till 2020, reporting either beneficial or detrimental biological effects caused by external non-thermal EMF-frequencies from ELF till THz. Based on this new biophysical principle, evidence is provided to support a causal relation between exposure of electromagnetic waves and healthy or unhealthy effects for living cells and biomolecules. External exposures to non-thermal KHz, MHz-and GHz electromagnetic waves can therefore lead to unhealthy conditions depending on wave frequency, pulsing properties, field intensity and exposure time. An additional analysis of 241 experiments confirms that non-thermal electromagnetic waves are able to induce significant changes in human cells. The currently applied single or composed frequencies in communication technology, fit for 94.2% with the proposed quantum model related to either healthy or unhealthy behaviour. For example, up to 80% of the planned 5G frequencies possibly belong to the detrimental decoherent or modulated coherent frequency bands. Further research to counteract non-thermal unhealthy electromagnetic effects can generate ideas for improving the balance between coherent and decoherent waves, and thereby may open a potential novel road to innovative health technologies.

We submit a generalized interpretation of quantum physics on the basis of resolution of quantum indeterminacy, emerging from an integral and simultaneous change of physical relationships at the Planck scale. This model postulates "space-time instants of now" framed by us as "blinks of change" in the physical world. These "instants of now" can only be conceived as permanent conscious moments if they attain sufficient novelty and are regarded by us to be the basic building blocks of scale-invariant consciousness and the fabric of reality. We postulate that a transactional wave interaction of local and nonlocal information occurs within a discrete timeframe between each prior and subsequent "instant of now". The "Standard Reference Frame", created according to our premise, generates a general aspect of quantum entanglement in the universe, thereby providing nonlocal relations that affect all physical change. The proposed quantum physical model not only provides a basis for resolution of quantum uncertainty by causal self-observation of the universe, it also explains the existence of universal consciousness and puts the very nature of time and cause-effect relationships in a new perspective. The concept is conceived as a basic ontology for our cosmos, from which many of the current physical theories for mind/matter reality can be directly derived. It thereby offers insight into the well-known "implicate and explicate order" interpretation of David Bohm as well as the concept of "actual occasions" of Alfred North Whitehead. Our concept bears some similarities with Cramer's Transactional Interpretation of Quantum Physics, but partially differs from a recent hypothesis postulated by Lee Smolin on the nature of Qualia. Importantly, our concept requires a recurrent wave modality that returns to itself that generates an intrinsic aspect of entanglement. This ensures a self-referential information flux that can be fully accommodated by toroidal geometry and intrinsically integrates the aspect of universal consciousness. The toroidal geometry that is implied, allows the access to a 4 th spatial dimension that may reflect a sub-Planckian domain of mathematical relations and geometric forms (phase space), functioning as an implicate order. We believe that the present novel interpretation of quantum physics invites relevant views on individual consciousness of living organisms and their interconnection via cosmic musical master-code.

In Part 3 of this review we postulate a field-receptive workspace, associated with the brain, that integrates past and (anticipated) future events and may explain ultra-rapid brain responses as well as the origin of qualia (see also part 1 and 2). Information processing in the brain is shown to be largely facilitated by propagation of hydronium (proton/water)-ions in aqueous compartments. The hydronium ions move freely within a hexagonally organized H2O lattice, providing a superconductive integral brain antenna for receiving solitonic wave information. A nonlinear Schrödinger equation describes the quantum aspects of the transfer of wave information mediated by H+ and Ca2+ ion flux over long distances at cerebrospinal, inter-neuronal and gap junction spaces. The latter processes enable ultra-rapid soliton/biophoton fluxes that may orchestrate overall brain binding and the creation of coherent conscious states. In a cosmological context, we envision a scale invariant information processing, operating through a toroidal/wormhole mediated information flux. Our concept touches upon the earlier postulated hard problem in consciousness studies. This implies an intrinsic cosmic connectivity that is mirrored in the human brain. The assumed hydrodynamic superfluid background field is proposed to guide the ongoing fabric of reality through a quantum metalanguage that is instrumental in the manifestation of universal consciousness, of which human consciousness is an integral part. As to the latter aspect, the potential role of phyllosilicates (clay materials) in the generation of a primordial biofield is treated and seen as instrumental in a partially guided creation of first life. This paper addresses the question whether electromagnetic frequencies associated with pure water are similar to those of biological systems. A literature survey was performed on intrinsic frequencies of water molecules measured across the electromagnetic spectrum using various spectroscopic technologies. The registered frequencies were plotted on an algorithmic generalized music (GM) scale, described by a quantum entangled wave function, and compared with earlier detected electromagnetic frequency patterns revealed in various biological systems. The meta-analysis shows that semi-harmonic frequency patterns found in purified water are very similar to those found in biological systems. A meta-analysis of about 700 measured frequencies of pure water shows that 192 subsequent first and second derivatives of spectral frequency curves of water molecules can be precisely positioned at the proposed lines of the calculated pattern of coherent eigenfrequencies with an error of 0.45% and statistical significance of p < 0.02. A new order parameter characteristic for water molecule assembly has been revealed, which implies quantum coherency and en-tanglement. This is in line with the already evidenced and published universal order that we called the GM-scale. Following these findings, we may assume that water molecule assembly shows electromagnetic and electronic collective states that contain "quantum imprints or molds" for living cells. A potential explanation for this feature is that water molecules are ordered in a partially distorted tetrahedral geometry, which yields a specific network structure. Since water molecules have a comparable distribution of coherent electromagnetic field (EMF) bands to that of fluid assemblies in living cells, a resonant wave interaction is expected between the cytoplasm and surrounding water molecules. Evidence of a new quantum wave equation of coherence for water molecules has been found, that is defined as a physical principle: E n = ħ ω ref 2 n+p 3 m .

The current science scene displays its own alarming problems, by some called the “inflation in science”. The particular, evidently counter-productive, elements are generally very well realized by individual scientists, but often are not openly discussed in the scientific community. These calamities include the lack of basic analysis of the current scientific world itself, by which major influences of corrupt science policies, commercial interests, and the power of traditional views as well as the lack of openness to novel approaches remain in the dark. All this seems related to the bare fact that scientists often claim a basic objectivity but in fact are influenced by subjective human attitudes, no different from any other fields in society. In this essay, the current problems, as observed by the present author and extensively reported by leading scientists all over the world, are listed and discussed and a set of potential solutions is tentatively offered.

Individual consciousness is considered as an expression of an underlying, non-local, quantum field, that exhibits holographic properties. This paper pays special attention to the interfacing of this field of universal consciousness and our personal brain in relation to potential afterlife. We postulate a toroidal event horizon workspace of the brain that allows symmetric 4-D to 3-D quantum information flux and holographic 2-D personal memory integration. The geometry of a 3-D brain being embedded in a 4-D realm may explain the phenomena of functional brain binding, qualia, intuition, serendipity, synchronicity, extra-sensory perception, and well-established Psi-phenomena. Brain function is conceptualized as guided by zero-point energy field (ZPE) derived pilot waves that support consciousness also in the absence of neuronal activity, such as in near death experiences (NDE). Its toroidal organization exhibits quaternionic dynamics and thereby allows an opening to 4-D geometry and thus to universal consciousness and ZPE. This personal holographic workspace, that is associated but not reducible to the brain, collects active information in a 2-D "brain event horizon", an internal and fully integral model of the self. At death of the material body, this personal knowledge mental domain uncouples from the body, yet it is conserved because quantum information can never be destroyed. In NDE this uncoupling is only temporal but reveals universal consciousness in a fully transparent manner, since in this condition non-neuronal information processing is maintained by fractal semi-harmonic frequencies from ZPE that reflect an entangled personal register of each conscious being. The proposed concept, therefore contradicts the tentative, promissory materialist solution to the mind-body problem. Instead, it substantiates the notion that brain can act as a kind of 'receiver' by filtering of (sub)conscious states, through holographic resonance of universal consciousness with specific coherent oscillation domains in the body. Yet, it is recognized that our self-consciousness can also act as a damping filter for information from this universal knowledge field. The latter aspect of a " dual filter theory" is apparently removed at states of modified brain function such as NDE, deep meditation and use of psycho-mimetic drugs, that expose us to an unknown cosmic perspective. The presence of a mental field-receptive resonant workspace, might be termed our "supervening double", (or "soul", not implying religious doctrine), and provides an interpretation framework for widely reported, but poorly understood transpersonal conscious states. It even implies that death should not be seen as a transition to another state of existence, but rather that all of us are already belong to such an eternal domain in our present life. This paper addresses the question whether superconductive phenomena in superconductive materials and in life systems have common physical grounds. An extensive literature survey was performed with regard to intrinsic energy gap frequencies reported on a range of superconductor materials as measured by different spectroscopic technologies. The registered frequencies were plotted on an acoustic scale and compared with earlier detected EM frequency patterns revealed in various life systems. A meta-analysis showed that the particular wave frequency patterns in superconducting materials have discrete coherent frequency bands and are very much in line with those found in biological systems. We hypothesize that the revealed individual frequencies either alone or in combination provide a means to select or identify materials that exhibit superconductive properties at elevated critical temperature ranges. We propose that the spectral energy gaps of superconducting materials can be positioned at the pointer states of a pattern of coherent frequencies, and can be described by an acoustic algorithm, coined by us the GM-biophysical principle. High Temperature Superconductors (HTSC's) show patterns of frequencies, in which frequency ratios of 2:3 (third harmonic) are incorporated in ratios of 1:2 (fundamental frequency). We propose to apply semi-conductive smectites (phyllosilicates), studied in detail by us earlier, that radiate GM-like EMF frequencies, in combination with HTC superconductor materials, to further improve superconductive properties as a modality of intrinsic quantum lasing. Our observations highlight a potential quantum bridge between superconducting properties in physics and biology.

In this mini-review we describe our recent work, summarizing 13 publications, integrating their concepts and picturing potential perspectives. The history of the discovery of the generalized music (GM)-scale is highlighted in relation to the areas of bio-field research and quantum biology. The central message is that nature may be guided by a discrete pattern of electromagnetic frequencies, as expressed in photon/electron (polariton) and phonon/electron (polaron or soliton) activities. This guiding is based upon a physical coherence principle that is coupled to entanglement, acts in a local and non-local way, and is embedded in a toroidal geometry. We performed meta-analysis studies on biomedical, cancer and neurological literature, revealing the discrete EMF frequency pattern in a consistent manner. This novel biophysical principle exhibits a mathematical background and was also applied to brain function (consciousness research) and 3-dimensional protein folding in integrates cells. Strikingly, this life algorithm could also be detected in various non-animate systems. Among others we discovered a very similar pattern such as energy/frequency distributions in entanglement (EPR) experiments, frequencies of the currently known elementary particles in the standard model as well as in frequency patterns of spectral energy gaps that promote superconducting properties. The latter aspect provides an interesting bridge between life systems and pure physical phenomena. Finally some potential applications in quantum computing and health technology are treated on the basis of a toroidal model approach.

An attempt is made to model the structure of science and art discovery processes in the light of currently defined ideas on the societal flow of knowledge and conservation of information, using the versatile physical concept of toroidal geometry. This should be seen as a heuristic model that is open for further development and evolution. The scientific process, has been often described as a iterative and/or recurrent process. Current models explain the generation of new knowledge on the basis of a number of sequential steps (activities) operating in a circular mode. This model intrinsically assumes this process to be congruent for all individual scientific efforts. Yet, such a model is obviously inadequate to fully describe the whole integral process of scientific discovery as an ongoing interactive process, performed in a cumulative fashion. This implies that any new cycle starts from a different perspective or, optimistically seen, is initiated from a higher level, in a spiral mode, that takes into account the ongoing rise of scientific perspectives. Also, any model that attempts to picture the scientific process, should include potential interactions of concepts or hypotheses, in the sense that concurrently developed concepts may (mutually) influence each other and even may be mixed or superposed or, alternatively, may even result in concept extinction. Science and art progression , both seen as an individual effort and as a historically-based flow of events, is inherently a non-linear or even sometimes a chaotic process, where quite suddenly arising visions can cast a very different light on mainstream scientific thought and/or seem to remove existing barriers in more traditional " habits of the mind ". In contrast to the rather gradual evolution of science, the history of art sometimes even shows complete rejection of preceding concep-tualizations and styles. The current geometric and thermodynamic approaches in protein folding studies do not provide a definite solution to understanding mechanisms of folding of biological proteins. A major problem is that the protein is first synthesized as a linear molecule that subsequently must reach its native configuration in an extremely short time. Hydrophobicity-hydrophilicity models and random search mechanism cannot explain folding to the 3-D functional form in less than 1 second, as it occurs in the intact cell. We propose an integral approach, based on the embedding of proteins in the whole cellular context under the postulate: a life protein is never alone. In this concept the protein molecule is influenced by various long and short distance force fields of nature such as coherent electromagnetic waves and zero-point energy. In particular , the role of solitons is reviewed in relation to a novel GM-scale biophysi-cal principle, revealed by us. This recent finding of a set of discrete EM frequency bands, that either promote or endanger life conditions, could be a key in further studies directed at the morphogenetic aspects of protein folding in a biological evolutionary context. In 1905 Einstein proposed the idea that electromagnetic radiation is quantized and appears only in defined energy packets. The energy of a photon for a given type of radiation can be computed using the frequency relation published in 1900 by Planck. It is proposed in the present paper that the energy distribution of these packets is according to a Pythagorean distribution of frequencies. Evidence for this hypothesis has been found by a meta-analyses of 500 biomedical papers related to electromagnetic frequencies of living cells and bio-molecules, in addition to an analyses of 60 papers in physics that deal with the influence of electromagnetic frequencies on the promotion of entangled states in Einstein, Podolsky and Rosen-experiments, as well as a study on measurements of the masses of 37 different elementary particles. It turns out that Einstein was right, and that electromagnetic radiation is quantized according to a precise distribution of defined energy packets.

The underlying rules for a natural system describing cellular automata are simple, but produce highly complex behavior. A mathematical basis for the spectra of discrete coherent and non-coherent electromagnetic (EM) frequencies was derived, in which the algorithm exhibits an information distribution according to ratios of 2:3 in 1:2 at a semi-harmonic manner. This generalized music (GM) model shows that energy both in elementary particles and animate systems is semi-harmonic, quantized and discrete. A support for an ontological basis of the Standard Model was found, and indicates that the GM-model underlies the quantum field theory of subatomic particles. The present theory combines quantum mechanics and classical periodic systems, obeys to locality and solves the " hidden variable theory of Bohm ". The discovered pattern of electromagnetic field eigenvalues, within a broad range of discrete frequencies, points at a de Broglie/Bohm type of causal interpretation of quantum mechanics, implying an integral resonant pilot-wave/particle modality. The model has been substantiated by a meta-analysis of measured discrete energies of: 37 different Elementary Particles, 45 different EPR-measurements, zero-point energies of elements and about 450 electromagnetic wave frequencies of cells with a mean accuracy of 0.58%. It has been shown that the GM-scale is frequency-locked with zero-point oscillations, and thereby evidently implies involvement of entanglement.

A novel biophysical principle: the GM-model was revealed, describing an algorithm for coherent and non-coherent electromagnetic (EM) frequencies that either sustain or deteriorate life conditions. In view of the current interest in coherency and entanglement in quantum biology, in the present paper , we report on a meta-analysis of 60 papers in physics that deal with the influence of electromagnetic frequencies on the promotion of entangled states in, so called, EPR experiments. Einstein, Podolsky and Rosen originated the EPR-correlation thought experiment for quantum-entangled particles, in which particles are supposed to react as one body. The meta-analyses of the EPR-experiments learned that entanglement, achieved in the experiments is real, and applied frequencies are located at discrete coherent configurations. Strikingly, all analysed EPR-data of the independent studies fit precisely in the derived scale of coherent frequency data and turned out to be virtually congruent with the above mentioned semi-harmonic EM-scale for living organisms. This implies that the same discrete coherent frequency pattern of EM quantum waves that determine local and non-local states is also applicable to biological order and that quantum entanglement is a prerequisite for life. The study may indicate that the implicate order of pilot-wave steering system, earlier postulated by David Bohm is composed of discrete entangled EM wave modalities, related to a pervading zero-point energy information field. The mathematical basis for the earlier reported spectrum of discrete electromagnetic field (EMF) frequencies that were shown to affect health and disease is substantiated and generalized in the present paper. The particular EMF pattern was revealed by a meta-analysis of, now, more than 500 biomedical publications that reported life-sustaining as well as life-decaying EMF frequencies. These discrete eigenfrequency values can be related to supposed bio-resonance of solitons or polaron quasi particles in life systems. Bio-solitons are conceived as self-reinforcing solitary waves that are constituting local fields, being involved in intracellular geometric ordering and patterning, as well as in intra-and inter-cellular signalling. Literature search, revealed very similar frequency patterns for wave resonances of nucleotides in aqueous solution , for a candidate RNA-catalyst, as well as for sound-induced vibrations evoked in thin vibrating membranes. This collective evidence points at a generalized biophysical algorithm underlying complexity in nature, evidently manifest in both animate and non-animate modalities. The detected EMF ei-genfrequencies could be arithmetically scaled according to an adapted Py-thagorean tuning. The mathematical analysis shows that the derived arith-metical scale exhibits a sequence of unique products of integer powers of 2, 3 and a factor 2. This generalized semi-harmonic frequency spectrum may reflect a discrete pilot-wave structure that can be interpreted as a, so called, hidden variable in Bohm's causal interpretation of quantum field theory.

Carcinogenesis fits in a frequency pattern of electromagnetic field (EMF) waves, in which a gradual loss of cellular organization occurs. Such generation of cancer features can be inhibited by adequate exposure to coherent electromagnetic frequencies. However, cancer can also be initiated and promoted at other distinct frequencies of electromagnetic waves. Both observations were revealed by analyzing 100 different EMF frequency data reported in a meta-analyses of 123 different, earlier published, biomedical studies. The studied EM frequencies showed a fractal pattern of 12 beneficial (anti-cancer) frequencies, and 12 detrimental (cancer promoting) frequencies, that form the central pattern of a much wider self-similar EMF spectrum of cancer inhibiting or promoting activities. Inhibiting of the cancer process, and even curing of the disease, can thus be considered through exposure to the coherent type of EM fields. Stabilization of the disease can be understood by constructive resonance of macromolecules in the cancer cell with the externally appied coherent EMF field frequencies, called solitons/polarons. The latter, for instance, have been shown earlier to induce repair in DNA/RNA conformation and/or epigenetic changes. The field of EMF treatment of cancer disorders is rapidly expanding and our studies may invite further experimental and clinical studies in which systematically various potential EMF treatment protocols could be applied, with combined and modulated frequencies, to obtain even more efficient EMF anti-cancer therapies.

Solitons or polarons, as self-reinforcing solitary waves, interact with complex biological phenomena such as cellular self-organization. Such soliton models are able to describe a spectrum of electromagnetism (EM) modalities, that can be applied to understand the physical principles of biological effects in living cells, as caused by endogenous and exogenous electromagnetic fields, on the basis of quantum coherence. A bio-soliton model was earlier developed by us, that enables to predict which eigen-frequencies of non-thermal EM waves, are life-sustaining and which are, in contrast, detrimental for living cells. The particular effects of the proposed coherent wave pattern are exerted by a range of EM-wave eigen-frequencies of one-tenth of a Hertz till Peta Hertz, representing a pattern of twelve bands, that can be positioned on an acoustic frequency scale. The discrete pattern was revealed by a meta-analysis of 219 published papers of biological EM-radiation experiments, in which a spectrum of non-thermal EM fields were exposed to living cells and intact organisms. In follow-up studies, we analyzed 120 articles on cancer-promoting and inhibiting EM fields, of which the frequency patterns fully confirmed the inferred model. Finally we analyzed experimental data out of 27 recent publications on laser mediated radiation therapy, for a spectrum of disorders such as traumatic brain injury, depressive disorders and neurological defects, confirming the general predictive force of our life algorithm. It is postulated that long-distance control of cellular morphology and fine tuning of cellular networks by soliton-waves, is instrumental in providing a morphogenetic field that maintains cellular health. The latter also may have played a role in the initiation of first life in biological evolution. The particular parametric resonance may provide positional information and cues to regulate organism-wide system properties like anatomy, control of reproduction as well as gene expression and repair. In addition, potential damaging effects of non-ionizing electromagnetic fields on life systems can be counteracted by dedicated phyllosilicate (clay) nano-materials, that were shown by us to exhibit semi-conducting EM field properties. A related protective technology was designed on the principle of toroidal trapping, since torus geometry adequately generates a coherent field of frequencies and thereby induces coherent oscillations of macromolecules. Our papers, collectively, picture the rapidly growing and dynamic field of molecular electromagnetics, that currently shows promising clinical effects in the treatment of various sincere, and often, chronic diseases.

The current protein folding literature is reviewed. Two main approaches to the problem of folding were selected for this review: geometrical and biophysical. The geometrical approach allows the formulation of topological restrictions on folding, that are usually not taken into account in the construction of physical models. In particular, the topological constraints do not allow the known funnel-like energy landscape modeling, although most common methods of resolving the paradox are based on this method. The very paradox is based on the fact that complex molecules must reach their native con-formations (complexes that result from reactions) in an exponentially long time, which clearly contradicts the observed experimental data. In this respect we considered the complexity of the reactions between ligands and proteins. On this general basis, the folding-reaction paradox was reformulated and generalized. We conclude that prospects for solving the paradox should be associated with incorporating a topology aspect in biophysical models of protein folding, through the construction of hybrid models. However, such models should explicitly include long-range force fields and local cell biological conditions , such as structured water complexes and photon/phonon/soliton waves, ordered in discrete frequency bands. In this framework, collective and coherent oscillations in, and between, macromolecules are instrumental in inducing intra-and intercellular resonance, serving as an integral guiding network of life communication: the electrome aspect of the cell. Yet, to identify the actual mechanisms underlying the bonds between molecules (atoms), it will be necessary to perform dedicated experiments to more definitely solve the particular time paradox.

Our brain is not a " stand alone " information processing organ: it acts as a central part of our integral nervous system with recurrent information exchange with the entire organism and the cosmos. In this study, the brain is conceived to be embedded in a holographic structured field that interacts with resonant sensitive structures in the various cell types in our body. In order to explain earlier reported ultra-rapid brain responses and effective operation of the meta-stable neural system, a field-receptive mental workspace is proposed to be communicating with the brain. Our integral nervous system is seen as a dedicated neural transmission and multi-cavity network that, in a non-dual manner, interacts with the proposed supervening meta-cognitive domain. Among others, it is integrating discrete patterns of eigen-frequencies of photonic/solitonic waves, thereby continuously updating a time-symmetric global memory space of the individual. Its toroidal organization allows the coupling of gravitational, dark energy, zero-point energy field (ZPE) as well as earth magnetic fields energies and transmits wave information into brain tissue, that thereby is instrumental in high speed conscious and subconscious information processing. We propose that the supposed field-receptive workspace, in a mutual interaction with the whole nervous system, generates self-consciousness and is conceived as operating from a 4 th spatial dimension (hyper-sphere). Its functional structure is adequately defined by the geometry of the torus, that is envisioned as a basic unit (operator) of space-time. The latter is instrumental in collecting the pattern of discrete soliton frequencies that provided an algorithm for coherent life processes, as earlier identified by us. It is postulated that consciousness in the entire universe arises through, scale invariant, nested toroidal coupling of various energy fields, that may include quantum error correction. In the brain of the human species, this takes the form of the proposed holographic workspace, that collects active information in a " brain event horizon " , representing an internal and fully integral model of the self. This brain-supervening workspace is equipped to convert integrated coherent wave energies into attractor type/standing waves that guide the related cortical template to a higher coordination of reflection and action as well as network synchronicity, as required for conscious states. In relation to its scale-invariant global character, we find support for a universal information matrix, that was extensively described earlier, as a supposed implicate order as well as in a spectrum of space-time theories in current physics. The presence of a field-receptive resonant workspace, associated with, but not reducible to, our brain, may provide an interpretation framework for widely reported, but poorly understood transpersonal conscious states and algorithmic origin of life. It also points out the deep connection of mankind with the cosmos and our major responsibility for the future of our planet.
