We brainstormed just a few things that obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is and is *not.* Which others would you add?⁠ ⁠ #OCD is complex, and it can be easily misunderstood. We want to shed light on its nuances and complexities. ⁠ ⁠ Have you ever heard someone casually accuse others of being "so OCD" in a joking way, simply because of something like wanting to keep the house clean?
