Gino is obsessed with my review. He called me non stop after I posted about my experience. This must be Gino's third or fourth yelp response to my review. He post a response changes his mind about what he wrote than a few days later takes it down and repost something new. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. Please read all of his reviews this is not an isolated incident. Gino I do not want to discuss this matter with you. Please loose my number.

To say that Gino is as professional as they come would be an understatement. This should be your go-to company when it comes to any and all things that need to be addressed around and inside your residence. His staff is second to none when it comes to the quality of work that they give you and the final cost is extremely fair where you'll feel tremendously satisfied once the work has been completed.

Gino will respond quickly to you as well, which is contrary to a lot of those other handyman services around the valley. This company obviously takes pride in their trade which is why I would highly recommend Cracker Jacks to anyone who is looking for unfinished projects to finally be completed around the home.

Update: The owner is rude, hot headed and tries to intimidate customers. What business professional text a customer "karma will get you" for posting a Yelp review then says "bye felicia "?

If I could give this guy a zero I would. THEY ARE A SCAM. He quotes me a 4hr job to repair two holes in my wall so fine. He sends over a repair man who told me like 5 times he was sick so he will be a little slow. After 2hrs of him going to get supplies he let's me know that he didn't know the holes were big he was told they were small so the job was going to be alittle longer...then maybe 6hrs. So I call the owner to talk to him about the misquote and instead he tells me he's stressed and doesnt need to deal with this and cancels the job. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE. I guess that's what I get for not hiring someone licensed and bonded. Lesson learned.

As a Realtor, I've dealt with several handymen in The Valley and Gino, with CrackerJacks, completely blew our expectations out of the water with not only the quality of work performed but his overall professionalism. We had such a great experience the first time that we've had him back to our house two additional times in less than a month. He was super quick to respond to our request and was able to come over on short notice.

The price was very reasonable and I can't continue to say enough great things about the services we received! We just built a home and had him install ceiling fans, blinds, mounted TVs, and more!

Trust me when I say you will NOT be disappointed!

I needed an exterior gate/door rehung and Gino was out within 2 days to have it fixed!! The price was reasonable and I was so happy to have found them!! Will be calling again for more projects in the future!! Great service!!

The service was professional and the workmanship was well-executed. The pricing was exact to the time spent in total of all my little projects. I felt safe being home alone with him and found the chit chat to be pleasant and appropriate. He came with his own varied and ample tools as well as those provided by the companies I'd purchased items from and cleaned up after completing each job. I highly recommend calling in advance to book him and to also be well organized so as to not waste any of the time during your appointment since you're paying for every minute. I'm so comfortable with my first experience that I'm going to make another appointment soon!

I needed to have 2 wall plates installed so that I could run an HDMI cable behind my wall. Something simple that didn't require a full AV specialist but difficult enough since I don't have the tools/expertise to cut through drywall and run cables behind it.

Gino did a great job of explaining exactly what he was going to do and mapping out a game plan with me. He was polite and courteous and even made sure to give me a heads up before he began drilling and cleaned up all debris. The job was completed in a shorter time frame than was estimated.

I would definitely recommend his services to anyone.

Gino and Steve are great. They always showed up on time, prepared and ready to go. They are well educated and have tons of experience to help me set up my new house. They added a spring to the back gate, fixed caulking on my roof, stopped my shower for leading downstairs, helped to install shower hooks and mount TVs with precision, and were overall quick and friendly in doing all that.
