Write zillow Having to choose a builder was stressful as we had a wish list of things we wanted done to our home -- an addition in the kitchen, a complete remodel of the master bathroom, main bedroom to create a master suite, and a guest house, update the bathrooms throughout, and create a deck with a pool in the back. We looked around for contractors as we have no prior knowledge and saw great reviews. ABC was our general contractor - FIVE STARS -- whenever something came up, their team worked to find a solution as quickly as possible, and to save money where we could and having reasonable pricing. It didn't matter if it was 11pm, if we called they came ready to fix or help with anything we needed. And all of their contractors were friendly, quick to respond, very professional and highly skilled -- exceptional work. They answered all questions and queries I had and were very informative. At the end they made my home turned my home from outdated to modernized and brand new. I would highly recommend them to friends, family or anyone looking for renovation or build work to be done with quality service.

Buying my first house with my husband was a fun but stressful experience. We ended up deciding to go with a house that needed some repairs but figured they would be easy to do our selves and save us money in the long run. Boy we’re we sorely mistaken! Turns out there’s a lot they don’t show you on HGTV and we were in way over our heads. After months of trying, It was time to get some professional help. The search for a general contractor was really eye-opening. Almost every general contractor we spoke to had a different way of remodeling our house. Their general idea of remodeling the house was the same. But they all had their own way of remodeling. One of the general contractors we spoke to said that he would not work with us unless we hired his design company to do a full set of design plans for us. Another general contractor that we spoke to said that our project was too complicated and that we were not a big enough project for him. I don't know how that's possible because our house ended up being about 5,000 ft which encompassed five bedrooms and six bathrooms and everything needed remodeling. And I mean everything needed to be remodeled. Everything from the floors to the cabinets to the windows to the doors, front yard backyard doors patio cover everything. Another general contractor we spoke to who had great reviews, would only work with us if we gave him a $10,000 retainer and again we would have to use his architect and designer to do the plans for us. So it was very refreshing to find advanced brothers and contractors. Because Nick was very easy going and we were able to see eye to eye. His approach was comfortable and wasn't overwhelming. We were able to use our own architect and designer. In fact when we told our architect about Nick he already knew him and expressed to us that he would be a great fit for our home remodeling and addition. From very early on Nick was a great communicator. I remember the first time we got in touch with his company he called us back almost immediately. From very early on we felt extremely comfortable with him and we're able to reach out to him anytime even after work hours. Nick was always understanding of the situation and even when we were not sure about a specific decision or design aspect he would always point us in the right direction. It was extremely frustrating to meet with different general contractors and not being able to find the right one. I'm glad at the end we were able to find Nick. Working with him was truly a great experience. So easy going, great communication and never any pressure to upgrade this thing or that thing, he really just wants you to be happy with the results in the end and that can be rare in todays times!

If you are looking for a contractor for any job big or small look no further . No but really I mean it :) . Since owning a house I've made a lot of mistakes and worked with numerous companies/ builders for different jobs and have never been 100 percent satisfied until now . Nick is a very genuine and honest person who was always upfront and honest with projects he has done for us . Everything was done in a timely manner , he stuck to any date he gave us and kept us updated all the time on time lines . He also followed up after completion a couple of times making sure we were happy with everything . I promise you nick and his workers will not disappoint

I could not have asked for a better experience. From beginning to the end the entire process was seamless.. What was great about advanced was that they were able to take care of our entire project. We didn't have to look for several different companies to be able to help us with all the different aspects that are home construction project entailed. They were able to put us in touch with the right architect and engineer soil and Geo engineers. Shortly after our approved plans we're done they started construction. Construction was on time and on budget it was also nice to know that we had a dependable team that would be able to take care of all aspects of construction. Because we have a hillside home property some of the things that they needed to do was a bit challenging. For example when it came time to do the cassion digging. It wasn't always the easiest to be able to put machinery in our backyard and to be able to dig easily. But they managed to do it anyways. We knew we had limited access on either side of our home but advanced really was prepared and had done their homework. Once the casdion on work was done and the foundation was done. They started with our framing plumbing electrical and all the other things that we needed done. I'm so happy to report that we didn't have a disaster on our hands and that we picked a reputable company who was able to help us with every step. I want to take this opportunity and thank every single person from advanced who was part of our project and who was part of our successful new home construction project. Everyone was truly talented. You will not regret choosing abc.

I recently worked with Advanced Builders Contractors and it was as great experience for us. All of the contractors that from them were talented in their own way. They were all gifted and had their specific projects to do. There are many different teams that came and went during our home remodeling project. One set of crew would come and do the foundation then another did the electrical and finally another set did framing. Also we had another set of contractors do our drywall. It was really great to see the progress on our home remodeling project. It seems like every week there would be a new set of contractors who would start a new project on our home. In the end yes we had to endure some hardships and pain and living away from home for some period of time, wasn't easy. But it was definitely worth it to me to come back to a brand new home, with updated electrical and pluming and drywall that did not have mold. And with bathrooms that you could actually use with showers that actually good enough water pressure and with modern kitchen cabinets and countertops. One thing I can tell you about ABC is that they definitely were not the cheapest, I think they were the most expensive bid we got. But they were almost the most complete from beginning to end. Starting with a quote that they gave us, everything was included, there was nothing missing and they weren't trying to up-sell us at a later point. Everything we asked for was in the original bid. It was written proberly and it included all aspects of what was needed to complete the home remodeling project. A lot of the other builders that we spoke to did give us bids but they were either missing scopes of work, or for one reason or another things didn't seem quite right. ABC was a little bit different because it felt like they would do a great job and would be a full service team for us. It has been about 6 months since we have moved into the house and it feels great that things work properly. They are awesome and I would highly recommend them.
