To obtain a copy of your receipt for a membership dues payment or for any ASCE event that you attended (conference, seminar, webinar, etc.):

Online Conference Registration
Your receipt will be sent 1–2 weeks after the conference. If you have not received your confirmation email and receipt two weeks after the conference, please send us an email at [email protected] for assistance.

To register for your free On-Demand webinars:
- Choose up to 10 one-hour courses form a list of over 75 webinars and click "Enroll" to register.
- Once registered, you can access the courses from your myLearning home page.

If you attended a live webinar as part of a group, please follow these steps:
- Obtain the Order Number for the live webinar from your purchaser or coordinator
- Login (using your ASCE email and password - create one if you do not have an account)
- Enter the Order Number
- Select the webinar you attended
- Verify your attendance
- After your order is processed, go to myTranscript.
- View or print your certificate.
If you attended an on-demand webinar as part of a group, please follow these steps:
- Obtain the Order number for the Live Webinar from the purchaser or coordinator.
- Login using your ASCE email and password (if you do not have an account you will need to create one).
- Enter the Order number and select the webinar you will be viewing.
- Confirm your webinar selection.
- You will be directed to go to myCourses.
- Click on "Access" under the course title.
- View the video
- Print PDF handouts of slides from the video screen.
- Take the related exams, a passing score of 70% or higher is needed and three attempts are allowed.
- View or print your certificate.
If you attended a live or on-demand webinar as an individual, please follow these steps:
- Login to myLearning using your ASCE email and password.
- Click on "Access" below the webinar title.
- Verify your attendance by clicking "I Accept" on the Exam page.
- View or print your certificate at myTranscript, where all your ASCE certificates are saved and you can track your PDHs.

Members are entitled to 5 free articles per year from the ASCE Library.
To access this benefit:
- Log in to the ASCE Library
- Once logged in, select a journal or magazine article, book chapter, or proceedings paper you would like to read (example article).
- Pick the green ‘Get Access’ button.
- Select 'Apply an ASCE Member Yearly download credit.'
You will have perpetual access to the materials you download, as long as you maintain an account in the ASCE Library.

- Login to your ASCE profile to update your mailing address, email address, phone number, and other personal information.

To access a continuing education course you have purchased:
- Login to myLearning.
- Click "myLearning Courses/Transcript".
- The courses you have purchased will be listed. Click "Access" below the title of the course you want to view.

To manage your email subscription preferences, please follow these steps:
- Go to Email Subscription Management.
- Login using your ASCE Login information.
- Deselect any emails that you would not like to receive.
