Originating from South Africa, they not only can tolerate a dry environment, they also require very minimal water. It's no secret that succulents, the little trendy plants, have taken over Instagram. They have gorgeous geometric shapes, hues and they're easy enough to take care of as they have secret water reservoirs up their leaves. Dousing them weekly is usually sufficient but be sure to check that their soil is dry before watering again.
