Who hasn't gone to the beach, stuffed their wallet into an old sneaker and taken off for a walk? Who hasn't left their iPod, car keys, or electronic games under a t-shirt and asked a complete stranger to keep an eye on things while they play in the surf? What can be riskier than that? Not much.

Now Secure-It takes safety and security to a new level with Beach Safe, a compact, portable, polycarbon hardened safe that keeps jewelry, money, cell phones and all sorts of valuables securely locked inside. Beach Safe is a high-impact case that features a four-digit re-settable combination lock to foil thieves.

"Criminals are on the lookout for people who leave things unprotected and loose. Beach Safe gives people peace-of-mind so they can enjoy their day at the beach," said Secure-It Vice President and security expert Harry Themistos.

Beach Safe has a double layer of security; not only does it lock out thieves, but it uses a vinyl coated, galvanized steel cable to lock down the entire unit, wrapping around and connecting securely to solid objects like beach umbrellas, lounge chairs or anything immovable.

Beach Safe can also be taken wherever people travel, keeping their valuables safe in their hotel room, poolside, or at the park. The unit is velvet-lined and comes with a cloth pouch to keep valuables from getting scratched or damaged.

"GPS is all the rage these days - so is breaking into cars and stealing them from glove compartments or when they're tossed under a seat. Beach Safe locks down your expensive GPS inside your car or on the beach, so you don't have to worry about it," said Themistos.

"Criminals look for easy targets and quick getaways. They don't want to be slowed down or discouraged by safety and security devices. Beach Safe will definitely upset beach combing criminals," said Themistos.
