The service was great with a quiet atmosphere. The staff was incredibly nice & outstandingly accommodating. The location was great; near a main street and a castle.

Overall had very enjoyable stay of one night. We were moved to a twin room with comfortable beds. Had such facilities, like coffee, two large windows, and a storage.

Some people working there were not so friendly.

Modest and exceptionally comfortable accommodation with incredible setting short walk to Fort William, Scotland and Bank Street Lodge. Fast check-in, knowledgeable employees.

The location was very central, very close to the bars / restaurants that Fort William has to offer, railway station, and the main shopping street and supermarkets, and there were a main street and a castle near the venue. 

The weather was lovely, had real good stay of one night. Greatly enjoyed the price of our twin room with view to the church and its essentials. The location was particularly good and amazing to the surrounding Highlands. 

The service was terrific with a fast check-in.

Had a nice stay for a night. We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of the triple room available with 2 wooden bunk beds, TV, as for instance.

Central location and close to a train station. For shots visit The Bistro at the Alex, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The stay here was very enjoyable during our road trip. The staff were excellent friendly, we had a fast check-in process.

By and large, it was modest and exceptionally comfortable place with knowledgeable staff at reception desk. The location was magnificent and incredible, close to the train station. We liked sleeping 1 night in this hotel.  

I had a practical twin room with a magnificent view of the sunset. Lovely friendly and efficient staff was available all the time. The good location close to a train station was just what I needed. I had quick lunch at Nico's Takeaway and 

The staff were pleasant and incredibly nice in case of questions. The triple room was practical with tea & coffee making facilities, 4 young children, for instance.

The place had a quiet atmosphere. In general the service was great.

Quiet atmosphere and very welcoming staff with good service. Great location really close to Close to the main shopping street, and a restaurant serving cheap food.

The food was cheap!!!

We stayed 1 night and it was a very good fit. The restaurant was good, and the staff excellent. We truly enjoyed this staying.
