The matress was a bit too soft in the center.

The staff were incredibly kind and check-in was early. And they fixed problem right away. The room was compact and modern, enjoyed exceptionally comfortable bed. The breakfast offered plenty of food and was particularly nice.  

Luxurious hotel with excellent staff and good service. Free bottle of Cava sent up to our room for our honeymoon. Room always clean with a view of Sacre-Coeur. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate our twin bed request, providing two rooms

The spa was closed, because why would anyone want to relax and pamper themselves on vacation? So disappointing.

Great ambience. The small touches in the room were great - the decor, amenities, chocolates etc.

I don't think the hotel should advertise that it has a gym. It is basically a corridor with 2 bikes.

I loved how near it was to everything. I loved the our bedrooms and also the overall cleanliness of the hotel. I would love to stay there again.

I did think the waiters were a bit slow with service.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, with Metro stations nearby and a supermarket just across the street. The bar and foyer area were impressive and made for a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff were extremely courteous
