In our room, there was a flat-screen TV with cable so we could watch all our favorite shows, climate control to stay comfy, and even a microwave for quick snacks. The staff were super friendly most of the 

Favourable and magnificent location as only 5 minutes to Auburn Mall. Nice beds, central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven in the room. Very friendly and super friendly staff and management.  

Our room had a bathtub, microwave, coffee/tea making machines, and a refrigerator; the hotel's location was great, just a short walk from Auburn Mall.

Enjoyed our well-kept and new-fashioned rooms.

The food was good with a lot of options. Units in instead of the chair. The location was comfortable for walking around Auburn Mall.

The breakfast here offers a lot of yummy options! The building and rooms are nice, with comfy beds instead of basic chairs. The hotel is perfectly located in a bustling commercial area in Worcester. If you want some tea or coffee, there's a Dunkin' nearby ☕. 

The new-fashioned room was a nice change and the staff were really helpful and extremely friendly. The facilities were clean. The hotel had a particularly good and excellent location in the Worcester area. 

Needed to and was able to check in early. Was assigned the 3rd floor but was able to change to 1st floor without any problem.

Very pleasant staff, perfectly clean comfortable room.

The location here is great for visiting Auburn Mall, and the staff are really friendly.

Bed was comfortable.

Expect a lot more for 160.00. Stayed there 3 weeks before and it was very nice. Next visit it was dirty and breakfast was poor. Found out has new owner. Not nearly as nice.

The room was modern and clean, the bed was comfortable; I really liked it, and the location was fantastic, just a 10-15 minute walk from the mall.

The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. We appreciated the presence of a mini-fridge and coffee maker in the room, making it convenient for us to store and prepare snacks and drinks. The hotel property was clean and 

Awesome free hot breakfast included, friendly front desk staff, and the room was very quiet and clean. Comfortable stay for a couple. It was a good value for the price, and we would come back the next time
