Loved the coffee maker in the room and how close the hotel is to the subway line – perfect for getting around easily. Plus, the diner across the street had some tasty sandwiches, a great bonus! Appreciated the cozy 

This place has an amazing location near fantastic restaurants, convenient transportation, and the 96th St subway station; we enjoyed relaxing by the lake just a 5-minute walk away.

The staff members were all willing to help. the hotel is in a marvelous and convenient location, away from major attractions. -It is near Central Park West, Whole Foods, shops, an accessible subway station, as well as plenty of cafes and restaurants. 

The hotel and room were both super clean, and the cheap parking nearby was mind-blowing. The subway station right on the corner was très convenient! The 6th floor room the first time was comfortable, silent, and private. 

Great place to stay, clean, everything was good. The room was heated and compact with a king size bed included. It was based in very beautiful building in a great location, near restaurants on Broadway... 

However, the location was the saving grace. Despite the issues, the front desk staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The fitness center was small but available, and the neighborhood offered easy access 

The room was comfortable and affordable, making for a pleasant family vacation experience.

The room was neat and heated. Having a writing desk, blackout curtains, and a closet space was a nice surprise.- I really enjoyed the wine bar.

This place was the first where the staff was truly helpful.

Bright, clean hotel with very pleasant personnel

Great and beautiful location not far from 96th Street. Very close to restaurants, subway station, and several inexpensive cafés

The location was perfect for walking around Upper West Side. I loved the breakfast with lots of GOOD food.

My family and I enjoyed visiting nearby museums and using the free WiFi. The 24/7 front desk helped us plan our city tour. The rooms were clean, with comfy beds and modern amenities. The hotel had a small fitness

Our stay for two nights was excellent. the room was of top quality, beautifully decorated just like in the photos. We enjoyed our time there. the restaurant served wonderful dishes.
