The room was clean, huge, with a very clean bathroom, double spa bath, and comfortable bed. The restaurant served freshly cooked food, and we enjoyed it.

Wonderful hotel, I greatly enjoyed its good and prime location.

I had an exceptionally good breakfast with many options. Stayed in newly decorated a double room with a double spa bath, a balcony...

The room was well-maintained and spotless. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The location was particularly good and prime for traveling around Amman, just a short walk to all the tourist 

Paying for wifi with NO service at all . Although staff notified but no help.

Clean reasonably priced hotel, the stay was unforgettable. I had a reasonably good breakfast with many options. Location: the venue was short walk to shops and restaurants, Amman, Jordan, and Theatre. I was happy 

The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the convenient location away from the touristy spots made it a great stay.

room quality is so bad and poor, furniture is so old and scratched, walls were not painted for at least 5 years, bathroom is old outlook, as if it wasent renovated for ages quality of what was paid is far from 20% even! a Motel would have been better

1. Unless you book a deluxe room, the offered one will be old-fashioned. The pictures in the website do not really show how the room looks like. 2. Checking-in took more than one hour before we moved to the room to discover something different from what we booked online. They upgraded the room when we requested them to refund and we were free to choose any of the deluxe rooms in the new extension. 3. Even when you book a deluxe room, you should check physically the room, in some of them you can see the wall paint removed because of humidity. No healthy breathing over there. 4. Floors 5, 6 & 7 are smoke-free floors; nevertheless, we could smell strong smoking when we were in the 6th floor. 5. There is no complimentary without paying; coffee and tea bags are free but you have to pay for the water! No single drop of water is free. 6. Table cover sheets in the restaurant were old and dirty when we took our breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The receptionist staff, especially Sarah, were incredibly friendly and nice. The room was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was great, with a wide range of fresh options 

Good Location, within easy reach for public transportaion and cabs. Quiet with decent rooms. Helpfull staff!!!
