All FB+ neurons showed TH immunoreactivity, but none contained galanin-IR in control animals (arrows). After hysterectomy among FB+ neurons, TH- / galanin + (arrowhead) and TH+/galanin+ (thick arrow) were observed. Scale bars 50 μm.
