I loved how nice and accommodating the staff were. The hotel's location was fantastic - close to Britomart and within walking distance to a tower and a theatre. The hotel itself had a pleasant appearance. 

Hotel is fantastic and clean. Staff is superbly friendly.- Rooms are reasonably large with a harbour view and lounge seating.- Great choice of fabulous food.- Check-in is efficient and late check-out is available. 

The hotel had a central location and it was just close to an indoor swimming pool. All the staff members were very efficient and outstandingly helpful.

Possibly the best and very pleasant stay for business trip. Very good sized and well-equipped rooms with a small balcony, free wireless internet access, and an air conditioner. Perfect location - just a walking distance from an indoor swimming pool. 

The food was delicious and reasonably priced, the location was fantastic, just a short walk from Viaduct Harbour, and the staff was extremely friendly and pleasant, making everything enjoyable here.

we appreciated this well known hotel. the venue was located in the centre of the city. the stay certainly was good value for price.

This place is nicely situated near the waterfront and within a short distance to a casual dining spot called Sushi Train.

The staff at The Chancellor On Hobson were incredibly nice. The hotel is clean and fantastic.- We had a great stay for 4 nights in a suite with a bathroom and fridge.- It was definitely good value for the price.
