Everything is very good.

This hotel is a decent place for a christmas in Beijing. The staff has always been friendly attentive. The venue serves lovely American breakfast with fresh juices and a massive spread of, for example. The location 

I chose this hotel for attending a brainstorming session and I was impressed with the facilities and services provided. The reception was open 24 hours, and there were two restaurants, two bars, a cafeteria, wireless internet. 

location is very good, room sizes are very good.

lot of construction noise around the hotel. House keeping is very poor, twice bathroom was not cleaned well, towels were missing and I had to ask for towels. service levels are poor.

I liked the room, staff and the location.

I would have liked to use a swimming pool but it did not exist.

Fully equipped hotel, liked our stay, it had tasty food and unbeatable location right in the centre of Beijing. The booked room was a nice size and tastefully decorated with comfortable bed.

Mind-blowing luxury rooms in a great location for tourism and shopping. Super comfortable beds, attentive and caring staff. Breakfast is top-notch! Highly recommended!
