Poorly trained staff!

I had a really great stay at Hilton Sydney for 3 nights. The hotel is conveniently located near all the tourist attractions in Sydney, making it easy to explore on foot. My room on the higher floors was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel was exceptionally good and offered nice views. All the services provided were excellent, and I even had the opportunity to use the ironing facilities at no extra cost.

The room was fully equipped and nicely furnished, with a lounge, mini-bar, and a comfortable couch, all in a fantastic location close to Queen Victoria Building.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to attractions in downtown Sydney such as the tower and the center of town. The room I booked was kept very clean and I could easily reach the front desk for anything I needed. The breakfast options were plentiful and catered to everyone's taste, including meats and bacon. The hotel is centrally located near the Queen Victoria Building and has an in-house restaurant nearby.

Got a spacious and modern room with awesome views. It had a lounge area, a mini-bar stocked with drinks, and a coffee maker ☕.

Fantastic place with extremely gracious staff, including one staff member on New Year's Eve. Fairly clean with a cheap and neat unit offering a great view.- Reasonable value with parking nearby and a fridge included.

The room here is affordably priced, featuring a chair and a sofa, and the staff are incredibly attentive and helpful.

Breakfast was complimentary, panoramic views, incredible location really close to Chinatown, Hyde Park, Darling Harbour, the Rocks, and the Opera House from the Hilton, Darling Harbour, CBD, Circular Quay and light rail in George St 15 minute walk to the Art Gallery of NSW. The very attentive and attentive staff from check-in to check-out provided all the necessary info. The room was well-appointed and comfortably furnished, although the hotel itself was busy. Comfortable bed and pillows, there were tea making facilities and coffee available. The pool was nice and I had non-alcoholic drinks in the Irish bar. Besides, free Wi-Fi in public areas was working really flawlessly.
